Whoever is working 5/31 night shift, yall need to be trained better. Tried giving me a plain pepperoni pizza when i ordered a pretzel pizza. When i opened the box infront of them and asked to remake it, they proceeded to point to salt on the BOX, saying thats the pretzel crust. i asked politely again to make the pizza i had ordered, and they snatched it back. Not to mention, i set the pickup for 8:30. I got there at 8:25 and waiting for 30 more minutes to get my order. Never has this location been this rude/lazy with their orders. Highly disappointed in the experience.

I ordered online because I hate waiting...Order was sent in at 6:30am to be picked up at 12p. Get there and when he finally came to the counter he tells me they had a lunch rush and hadn't gotten to my order yet....ORDERED AT 630 IN THE MORNING!!! Just close this location down!!!!

When I first started coming here the pizza was great but the last 2 times we have ordered pizza, our pizza has been undercooked and very wet like a sponge. We always have to come back home and put it in the oven.
The pizza was really awesome and very delicious. The staff was helpful, patient and accommodating.

Just moved into the area and ordered online for delivery. Pizza came early but I was disappointed with my sausage pizza...hardly any sausage. They didn't add my 2 liter of Pepsi and the driver just said to call the store. I called the 800 number and they are giving me a discount but I still don't have a drink. Never again!!!

Went in at about 8:30pm on a Monday, waited for an EMB Hot & Ready and asked to buy wings as well, but the cashier/associate said it was too late for them to make any more. Place closed at 10:00pm as per the sign on door. I understand it takes time for them to be done/cooked, but I didn't realize it would take 2.5 hours.. ? The 2 associates present seemed more interested in cleaning/closing procedures than making anything else (and making more mess to clean basically). The food we did purchase was good and hot. I would return, but maybe only go BEFORE 8:30 if you still want wings too.
