Love this place, the owners, the food, the staff. Don't know why I don't eat here more often.
We are thrilled we chose Made in Italy for our Friday night Dinner out. The nights special of Short Rib sauce and Penne Pasta was incredible; to top it off they had Gluten Free Pasta to go with this special sauce and it was amazing. We have enough for a second dinner tonight a bonus! Their Italian Wine List will complement every entree they offer, dare to try something different do it here! This is a wonderful Neighborhood Restaurant and we are grateful to have it in Glen Ellyn!
it was very good. The food was amazing and if you go there, definitely get the risotto balls, and the vodka pasta.
Lovely cozy restaurant in Glen Ellyn. Great Italian food, slightly pricey. There's also outdoor dining, weather permitting.
Rude as hell, wouldn’t recommend

Their food is so delicious! Everything is home made like you're in your mom's or grandma's kitchen. Mouth watering pasta dishes! Delicious wine choices. Ambience. Cozy feel. This was our second visit; there will be many more!!
I recently attended a private event here and throughly enjoyed every family style dish served to us. Let me just say how delicious the drinks were, too! The service was exceptional, every member of the staff treated us like family and tended to our every need.
I would highly recommend you visit Angelo and his team for dinner, or use it for your next event.
Additionally, their deli next door makes wonderful sandwiches!

A Magical Night at *Made In Italy!* September 13th was truly a magical night at “Made In Italy!” We celebrated my husband’s surprise party at this wonderful restaurant, and the Italy vibe paired with the incredible food made it the perfect choice. I visited several times ahead of the party to pick out the dishes, and let me tell you, each one was better than the last!
A huge shout-out to Angelo and Jackie for their amazing patience and guidance throughout the planning process. With so many moving parts, they made it all come together seamlessly! The servers, Jackie and Michelle, were exceptional and always on point. And Angel, our bartender, wow! People are still raving about those martinis!
Angelo didn’t just stop at being a fantastic chef; he also played valet for my husband's arrival and took the time to introduce himself and the restaurant to our guests, making the evening feel extra special. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the food and the fantastic time everyone had.
Many of my friends who had never heard of Made In Italy are already planning a return trip! It’s a hidden gem, and I’m so glad we chose it for this special occasion. Here are just a few of the 800 photos we captured that evening to remember all the fun!
If you're looking for a place to host a special event or just want to enjoy some delicious Italian cuisine, look no further than Made In Italy. You won’t be disappointed!

We've visited multiple times in the past with great experience, but this time we were seated in the garage addition. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our server didn't appear to have any server experience. On multiple occasions, she interrupted our conversation. She took orders as if we were ordering at a drive thru and it took some effort to understand what she was asking us. She was also the bartender and we ordered a Manhattan, but it didn't come with the maraschino cherries until we asked for it. This probably would've been a much better experience if we were in the main room.

Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.

Over this last weekend we attended a 70th birthday for a good friend Mike. D'Alexander. From the food,to the service,to the atmosphere everything was extraordinary. The staff was always there to answer questions if you had any. The bartender made the most amazing chocolate martinis, the wine selection perfect, you could tell the pasta was homemade and made with love. Did I mention the bread, best I've had in years. This family owned restaurant goes out of their way to welcome everyone as if they were family. If you can't go to Italy, this is the next best thing.❤️

Had reservations for a party of 7 …was met at the door and told they added 20 to a private party so we had to move location. We booked 3 weeks ago and could have been called- we walked- totally unprofessional
