Today 03/10/2035 at 4:36 I visited this location. Upon ordering my food through drive thru I asked that it be fresh, because for some reason McDonalds fries take 2 secs to get cold, once I got to the window to pay for my food, the guy at the window was super dismissive, didn’t even speak, once transaction was complete he didn’t even say anything just continued taking other orders, I don’t understand how you apply for a job where you have to provide customer service and then have 0 customer service. Not only that once I got my food my fries were cold so I guess there’s a new way to say fresh food that I wasn’t made aware of? Definitely will avoid this place in the future .

Not a good experience crazy people that aren’t eating just standing inside very uncomfortable feeling my family was very nervous sitting there eating the food was cold and the staff even forgot multiple items we were in the playground the staff just shutoff the lights and were standing by the door while my son was inside playing. Not a good place to go I recommend another Mc Donald’s to go to.

I requested the fries I ordered to be made fresh so that I could enjoy them once I got home and I get home just to find out they gave me cold fries that most certainly were not fresh. I live 10 minutes away

This place literally skipped by order. They didn’t even bother calling my name or order number. In fact my friend order before me and got his order with haste.

Around lunch time the staff is wonderful, and the food comes out correct and fast. The woman African American manager is so friendly! I wish I knew her name to shout her out but I can’t remember it! The last few times I’ve came after work (around 8pm) there is a stark contrast. The drive through takes a long time to get through, and sometimes my order isn’t customized correctly. Overall a great place for a McDonalds

Tried to order lunch for my wife and kids from work and have them pick it up, it doesn't work. 1 big pain in the a$$.
They refused to make the order and release it to her because my phone is not physically there.
I guess I spoke to a manager. They said to cancel, app said it was too late to cancel, I offered everything I had; order number, pick up number, screen shots of the order sent to my wife, exact order details... they're not having anything to do with helping my wife or kids pick my order for them, I don't know what to do about it anymore. They told me to call McD customer service. McD customer service said talk to the manger. Forget it.

Ba da ba ba ba... Not lovin it.

I can pass my food to a 3rd party delivery service but I can't pass the pickup to my wife ?? I don't understand it.
It would be super cool if McD could pull off a way to do something this simple. I just don't understand why I can't hand off the pick-up to my wife. I don't really care about the inconvenience to me or even the refund,
Now I get to have that talk with her later.

The employees here was very rude, rushed me when nobody was in line, and he hurt my hand with card reader. The employee slammed my card in the reader like it was trash.

This McDonalds location only services the drive through. If you come into the dining room and are not DoorDash, you will be ignored. This is from multiple tries and not just a single visit. I no longer go here and instead drive to a more distant location that still services the front counter

What is the point of asking us "for here or to go" if we'll be giving a bag instead of a tray for a "here" order? It doesn't make sense.
