Absolutely horrible service. Visited this location at 7am after they were listed as open at 5am. No one answering at drive thru, all the doors were locked and even tried pulling up to the window just to be looked at by many employees and ignored. Multiple other cars waiting in line just for all of us to be ignored. 2 hours after opening and offering absolutely no service is ridiculous.

I genuinely do not understand why every time we come here, these people are SO rude. I worked fast food, i'm respectful and they always have the WORST attitudes and get your order wrong. Insane.

Great staff at Glen Ellyn McDonalds. However, the McRib was awful! They changed the bbq sauce and had hardly any sauce on it! Sorry I was so excited they were back!

I quit going to this specific place due to the rudeness and they always mess up our orders. Well tonight was the worst of the worst because not only did they mess up the whole order when I went inside to get it corrected and I kindly asked them to just give us what was left out they took it all and gave us new food with no fries and didn’t even wrap my burger up all the way and threw it in the bag. Like really. I spent 56$ for my family and got half of the price with messed up food. I work in customer service and this is not even close to being good customer service at all!!!!!! Won’t be eating there EVER AGAIN!!!!

Waited 20 minutes to get an egg McMuffin.
They probably shouldn't stretch the inside person to drive through. Seems like that person is so stretched and they completely ignore the inside customers. Future going to avoid this location as much as I can.

The service is aweful, I placed an order at this location. They gave me the incorrect food. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he outright refused to acknowledge that there was any error with my order.

I waited 10 minutes for someone to just come to the counter inside. Staff was too busy with door dash and to go orders to give good service. I never write bad reviews but the food was cold and the coffee was barely warm, so I felt someone should know.

The morning staff is great. Very friendly and nice workers. However, I'm only giving this location 3 stars because of the guy who takes the drive-thru orders at night. He's always got an attitude towards everyone. It's just McDonald's, dude, it's not that serious.
