The manager does not know how to handle customers in a friendly way and is very despot with children! I think they should filter the positions a little more and more if they are the face of the company. In addition to that, the order was incomplete and out of what was requested.

They need close it down. Ordered something simple like an ice cream cone. Pulled up to the window and it's sitting on the counter melting in 80 degree heat. Kid working the counter wouldn't remake it. Drive thru is slow, I'll go elsewhere I'll never patronize that disaster ever again.

Went to this McDonalds location on 07/03/25 (at 6:15pm) . I had placed an order using the Mobile app to pick up through the drive thru. After receiving the notification that my order was ready I made my way to this location. I went through the drive thru and everything seemed fine. Worker asked for my code and I gave it to them, they told me to pull up to the second window. Once I got to the second window the worker told me it would be just a few minutes. It was about 5 minutes later when they came back and told me to pull forward to the door entrance. I had originally placed this order so I could get my food in a timely manner since I was in a bit of a rush. After about 25 minutes, a worker finally came out and asked me what my order was. They did not even have my order ready even though the app told me it was. I don’t normally complain about things but this is unacceptable. Having to wait 30 minutes for a few items shouldnt have taken that much time. Especially since the location didn’t seem super busy. It is unacceptable to have a customer wait 30 minutes for a few small items despite saying that the order was ready.

Food was made right, however the order was taken wrong and had to go back in and get the full order. But this one is very clean and had a nice play place that actually enforces socks

They have removed tables and replaced w kiosks. We waited over 10 mins for our order for two people. Upsetting to know people in the restaurant don't matter anymore and it's all about drive thru. An older man in his 80s stood at the register w money in hand to order for 10 mins. I walked up and grabbed the managers attention so he could get his senior coffee & breakfast. I don't think this gentleman had a cell phone and he was being ignored. Get with it McD, not everyone wants to use your kiosk. SMH! Do better McD and care about the people inside.
