This location is terrible at making frappes. This isn’t a one off thing either. I’ve gone to this location on different occasions and each time my frappe wasn’t blended properly and I can’t drink it because it’s ice. Management at this specific location needs to train their employees to stop rushing and blend beverages longer otherwise it’s a waste of money. I won’t be going here anymore.

11/24/25 5:50 pm. Weird service in drive thru that I consider rude. Guy who rang me up just swiped my card, handed it back to me and walked away without saying anything. Didn't give me a receipt and didn't tell me to pull forward. Girl at the next window handed me my food without saying anything. I said have a good night and she didn't respond.

I order 3 cookies “fresh, made to order” and they were not fresh. Two of my three cookies came broken, If they were fresh the edges would not be hard. You can tell they were just warmed up because they were getting hard as I was eating and driving.

Customer service sucks ! Went in drive thru there was 2 guys there a young 16 yr with saggy pants I believe his name was Alex and the the guy in charge Israel the boy was asked if everything was in the bag yes to find out no there was missing items we had to go inside wait to get someone's attention and that disrespectful boy had a mouth and should be fired upset customer once again and rightfully so.

I stopped here on my way to school at COD and ordered a small fry and a large coke light ice. I got to the window and the lady handed me my coke and it was not even filled all the way to the top. I told her this and she took it and just added more ice even though my ordered was LIGHT ICE. She roller her eyes at me as I asked her to refill it. I mentioned to her I was going to give this location a bad review.
