2nd time in last 2 weeks I've come for a frozen latte and they have been out of coffee ice cream. They have it listed as an available ice cream flavor.
Soft serve was not working tonight, very disappointed. No frostbites could be made.

inventory was terrible…had out of town guests wanting ice cream and all they had was chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and mint chocolate chip in the prepackaged section.
took 14 minutes to get a chocolate shake. There was a group of four boys and two dads sitting in the restaurant and they were already almost done eating.
No one else in the shop.
It’s not shocking that they are going thru Chapter 11 with this kind of service
