Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store

It does not take 30 minutes to make a milkshake. Do not waste your time coming here.

Sunday night, June 8 the three of us went for a visit to the local Oberweis. We had a craving for a couple ice cream cones and a banana split.

The store was in shambles
paper napkins laying everywhere. Tables were not cleaned
And behind the counter was just as disgusting as the common eating area
Employees were using profanity to one another It was very unprofessional atmosphere very grossed out we were.
We’ll never return to this location again. I have been going to Oberweis for many many years. I was so grossed out on my recent trip. I wanted to let everyone know do not frequent this location. You’ll be very disappointed.

I really hope the management can take this review as constructive criticism and try to put some pride into this Location

I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your drive-thru. I entered the line at 8:07 PM with four cars ahead of me. By 8:30 PM, only one car had been served. I remained stuck in line until all three cars behind me gave up and left.

At that point, I was still three cars away from the window and realized I could have easily ended up waiting close to an hour for ice cream. That level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve always enjoyed Oberweis, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers aren’t subjected to the same kind of delay.

2nd time in last 2 weeks I've come for a frozen latte and they have been out of coffee ice cream. They have it listed as an available ice cream flavor.

Soft serve was not working tonight, very disappointed. No frostbites could be made.
