I recently visited OMG with high expectations, having heard rave reviews about their pizzas. However, my experience left much to be desired. Despite placing my order an hour in advance and waiting an additional 20 minutes in-store, my pizza was only put into the oven when I enquired about the delay keep in mind this is during Ramadan and the pizza was for Iftar, the pizza was put in oven 12 minutes before iftar time. In addition to the frustrating delay in receiving my order, I couldn't help but notice that the short owner with glasses seemed overwhelmed at the register. His inability to effectively manage both customers and employees was evident, adding to the chaotic atmosphere of the restaurant. It's clear that some restructuring and training are needed to improve the overall customer experience.

Placed an order over the phone and was told pick up would be 15-20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told that it would be another 2-3 minutes. I did not receive my food for another 30 minutes. I asked the person at the front register what was taking so long and he said it would be another 5 minutes and that they had a lot of orders. It was well over 5 minutes. He was very unapologetic and rude and cared very little about the impact.Now onto the food. We ordered a chicken tikka paratha roll, chicken 65 paratha roll, and Bihari kebab paratha roll. All three were sub par and were cold which was odd since I would have thought they were freshly made. Also, they used the exact same chicken in the chicken tikka roll and the chicken 65 roll.Needless to say, a very negative experience which is a shame because I was excited about this place.

Another reviewer said it very well: these owners and staff just aren't prepared enough to run a restaurant. Ordering food today was a challenge as it took several times to enter it correctly into the POS. Then it was a few minutes before they started cooking the food (very odd) This was the second time eating there. The food the 1st time was OK, but it just really missed the mark this time around. It was a very mediocre experience today and unfortunately I won't be back.

Khurram and Adil are the kindest owners. They both go above and beyond to give exceptional service and experience at the restaurant. So many yummy things on the menu. My favorite is the Tikka Tikka pizza, spicy, and well done. Lunch/dinner here is a must!!

I recently visited there the atmosphere is great when I went there I saw this guy name Adil was working there his service was the best service and the food was really good I had the chicken zinger with fries. I would say that I never have this Good sandwich and fries even in Chicago they are the best in food and their service specially Adil. I will definitely be there soon to try their other food as well.

This place is take forever to make your order ready. I ordered 1 large pizza and they said it will take 20 min and they take a lot of time more than 40 minutes.they don’t have enough cook only 2 cook are making order after a long wait they gave me a wrong order.Like what the hell if you don’t have enough time to complete your order on time so tell the customers atleat,
