When I say Panera has lost me as a loyal customer I mean it. I order a sandwich this evening this is the third time my order has been incorrect but this time yall didn’t even attempt to wrap my damn sandwich and had everything at the bottom of my bag. If I lived closer I would have brought this crap back and got a full refund.

Apparently, shrink-flation now includes not giving you your whole order. I ordered carryout around 3PM on a Sunday (not peak hours). There was only one elderly couple in the dining area. The rest of the place was empty. I'd expect not getting my whole order from maybe Taco Bell or Burger King, but at the price Panera is charging I expect much more. I was very disappointed to get home to find I hadn't gotten all of my food. I checked the receipt and, yes, it was all there. I paid for it. I called and the options they gave me was to drive 20 minutes back there or they could send me a meal voucher. I opted for the meal voucher and gave my address. This one month ago and I have not received any voucher. If you go here, expect restaurant prices with the service of some rundown fast food joint.

The Unfiltered Edit
I’ve always liked the food here, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. On my most recent drive-thru order, I was really disappointed. I was missing an item (my fault for not double-checking before leaving), and the chicken noodle soup I did get was just broth with barely three noodles, no chicken at all. On top of that, the bagels I ordered weren’t even put in a pastry bag, just tossed in with the rest of the order like bread. For the prices they’re charging now, I expected much better care and quality. Unfortunately, this experience left me really unhappy.

I got food poisoning from a salad and they didn’t want to do about it . Petty upset about how I was treated and to know they don’t want to do anything after I can prove this after being seen in the hospital.
Accidentally got the wrong order and I came back and the staff helped me fix it! Mistakes happen and being respectful to the staff goes a long way. Would recommend this cafe very hospitable :)

It’s Panera so you get what you’ll expect food wise. Service was pretty bland and the bathrooms— do any Panera’s really have nice bathrooms?
My only grief with this one is the sink doesn’t turn on easily and when it does, it power sprays. Soaked the front of my shirt!

Had a great experience at Panera Bread—the food was fresh and tasty as always. When I had an issue with my order, manager Gwen stepped in right away and quickly resolved everything.
