I love potbelly sandwiches, but tonight I ordered my favorite BLT w/avocado and lite spicy ranch (if you haven't tried this one, I highly recommend it). When I got it home I discovered sliced jalapeños throughout. Even after removing what I could it still burned my mouth and ruined the sandwich, so check your sandwiches b4 leaving!😊

When I arrived with a friend, the place was calm and relaxing. Yeah, we may have arrived at a later time during the day, but it was still nice to have a sandwich and just wind down with the nice music they played. Both Max and Betty were very nice and patient while I decided on what I wanted on my sandwich. I can’t remember the other worker there at the register (white, young adult male) but they were all dedicated in their work and it’s nice to see that. I will be coming back here again!

I was handed someone else’s sandwich order during my trip at the Drive Thru today!
I ordered a Big Wreck in the Drive Thru. At the pickup window she confirmed big wreck, but it turned out to be an online order with different toppings and missing meats.
Make sure you double check everything before leaving the pickup window.
Upon calling they did give me a free sandwich for next time and remade my order.

I ordered a biggie wreck to go. I had been on the road for hours and it was the sandwich that I wanted to have to close the weekend and watch football. The only thing big was the bread. It was an empty sandwich full of the condiments. I will not go back.

I saw this Potbelly and dined in for lunch.
I ordered the following items
- 1 Tuna Salad Sub w/ extra Hot Peppers - 1 Zapp’s Mesquite Bar-B -Que Chips - 1 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie
The total for all the items came out to be $14.34.
The Customer Service was Fast and Friendly.

Order a sandwich with bacon, get no bacon. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. Definitely won't be going to this Potbelly's in the future.

We ordered dinner on the app. We were excited to get a few sandwiches, soup and shakes! The soup tasted great. When I arrived to pickup the order, the sandwiches had been toasted and all wrapped up and waiting, however the shakes weren't started. I waited about 5 minutes for them to be made. Though not ideal, I figured its ok, the sandwiches would still be reasonably warm when I got them home.
When I got the food home we unpacked it two of the sandwiches and the soup were as expected and enjoyable. To my surprise the BIG italian had only meat and cheese and no veggies and no condiments. This was very disappointing after putting on and expecting to have additions and selecting extra of some things and making it just what I wanted. It felt like I got half the sandwich I was expecting. It seems that on the app when you modify the sandwich size after filling out all the customizations, it doesn't just modify the size, but resets all the toppings. Ugh! This was not anyone's fault in the store as the ticket matched what I got, but it was a very frustrating experience.
One of our milkshakes, the coldbrew milkshake, was great. It was thick and creamy and nice subtle coffee flavor. I tried my wife's milkshake and it was all liquid and thin. We opened it up and it was clear it was not right. The top layer was icy and chunky while the bottom layer was sugary milk. We are guessing the ice cream wasn't proportioned right and/or it was over stirred or curdled. Ugh! Im questioning whether I will be back soon based on my experience.
Kid-friendliness: In store kids eat free some weeknights.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is accessible and the sidewalk has ramp. It also has accessible parking.

Just came out the drive thru …..and first of all ….the girl at the window kept sniffling..like she had a cold or something ? ..that was the 1st bad sign……..and her skin wz ashy between her fingers when I gave her my card…it was just a weird vibe…on top of all that…. I think she made my sandwich too…so..I opened it..seen she didn’t listen when I said “light turkey..very little turkey”..because it was too much meat on it…….and also….she didn’t say thank you when she handed me the bag…So…i just threw it away…don’t want to get sick eating a sandwich they didn’t make right anyway

The person taking the order just seemed like they hated working there, very short toned, no personality, young girl taking the order. I read another person's review after I wrote my review and I completely agree. These are immature young girls working there. I noticed the attitude too. I had to edit my post after reading the comments. I said several times not to add any hot peppers. Lately the hot peppers at Pot belly have been extremely spicy. It clearly says NO Hot Peppers on the wrapper, they added 3x the amount on each sandwich. I normally eat very spicy, but this is ridiculously spicy!! I asked for all the other toppings, Lettuce, Tomatoes, etc on all orders, my mediterranean sandwich only had Hummus, Cucumber and tons of hot peppers ?. The sandwiches were extremely spicy even after removing the peppers. My family couldn't eat their sandwiches. We threw them out and ordered from somewhere else. Not what i expected after a crazy busy, hard day of work!! Never going back to this location! Paid full price for this garbage!!

They all giggled and whispered behind the counter making me feel weird. It was like a group of bullies. Only to come home to extra tomatos on my sandwhich. I have social anxiety already, I was having a bad day and for some reason they thought it would be funny to pick on me.I went back a handful of times because I really do enjoy Potbelly’s but every time the customer service is worse than ever imaginable. Being made fun of by all the employees is a weird experience. Kindness goes a long way.

They're always out of everything, the customer service is nonexistent, and they're always understaffed in the morning. I can't even come in for lunch anymore because it takes too long to get my food and I don't have enough time for my lunch break to eat it

This place genuinely gets such a bed reputation to the point where the reviews aren’t even reflective of what the actual service is like. I got my sandwhich perfectly fine with ok service because they were extremely busy. People seriously need to be kinder to fast food workers and have a little more patience.
