Great service, friendly staff, but food needs work. It is expensive - but so is most BBQ so that is to be expected of course.

I had a chopped brisket sandwich with potato wedges and cole slaw. The brisket definitely needed more flavor, but they do offer three sauces which I enjoyed two of them and they were great, but again the meat itself wasn't anything special. Potato wedges were mushy, not a little crisp like most would expect. Overall the food was slightly underwhelming, but the atmosphere, staff, and service is great.

Underwhelming and disappointing. The potato wedges were cold and mushy, almost like eating a slightly less than baked potato. The brisket was also subpar quality. It was very bland, didn’t even feel like I was eating BBQ food. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and the service itself was great. Save your time and money by going elsewhere for BBQ, there are much better BBQ restaurants in the area.

Great bbq, really loved the pulled chicken it was fresh and tasted great. The sauce options were all also amazing. Everybody is still learning which is completely ok, the food came out great I will definitely be back.

We will be back!! Great Brisket!! My hubby & I order brisket with sides. The sides were good as well, 2 downsides potato wedges were cold & we wish they had more sauces. Definitely still not going to deter us from coming back. Excited to have a bbq place Glen Ellyn

Even though this location just opened, the food was delicious and the staff were beyond friendly. They were constantly working with us to make sure we had the best dining experience possible and even tossed in some extra pork for us which was amazing. I will definitely be coming back and supporting the amazing staff here while enjoying some delicious food!

This place just opened and it’s very obvious.

The staff was completely clueless and ordering is super confusing. Their menu mentions pulled pork on a plate or on a bun for $9.50. So I ordered “Pulled Pork on a plate”, and was asked “how much?”
After saying whatever the 9.50 is, the employee seemed confused and offered me 6
I was then charged for 6.3 ounces because “that’s what the weight came to”. Very odd.

The Sassy sauce is very ok, and the Pig Splash just tastes like Apple Cider Vinegar.

This place has a lot of growing to do if it’s going to be successful.

This is a fun, tasty place walking distance from my work! I tried the pulled pork, cole slaw, and some pickles. The pork was nicely done, and since this was their first day open, only tried their one sauce (I'm not going to quote which it was) since this was all they had so far. Nice sauce with some sweet and mild spice. Cole slaw was excellent (made in house) and pickles were wonderfully refreshing (also 'Grandma's' recipe). I'll be back to try some other sauces, and get some brisket and other good looking items. I would have the meat a bit hotter, however. It was pretty cool by the time I got to my table - though still good!

Had chance to try Sharko’s. We got the Judge's sampler plate , brisket sandwich and brisket with mac n cheese plate for lunch. It was all very delicious. Brisket is nice and smoky. Nice addition to Glen Ellyn/Wheaton
