“Yesterday I stopped at Reserve 22 in Glen Ellyn. I have been here before, and as always, the food was OUTSTANDING! I chose the chefs special for Thursday – FRIED CHICKEN. There aren’t too many places that make GOOD Fried Chicken these days, BUT I WAS PROVEN WRONG! Chef Tom’s Fried Chicken sounded like how my mom used to make it. When the plate arrived, I was greeted with some of the best chicken I have seen in, will… since my mother made it. There; in front of me, on top of a huge portion of REAL mashed potatoes were four pieces of golden-brown chicken (thigh, breast, wing, and leg) with gravy on the side and large portion of coleslaw. The first bite of Chef Tom’s chicken brought back a flood of childhood memories. If I didn’t know I was in a restaurant, I would have sworn I was sitting at my mom’s kitchen table on a Sunday afternoon. THIS WAS MY MOTHERS’ CHICKEN! Beautifully golden brown, that first crunch as you bit into the piping hot moist chicken. No lie, I had to just savor the moment. My search for the 2nd best chicken in the world (sorry, no one can beat moms’) was over. The potatoes, slaw and gravy were the Crème de la Crème of this meal! This whole meal reminded me of my childhood, Sundays after church and moms’ cooking. This is the BEST HOME COOKED MEAL YOU WILL FIND ANYWHERE! I did have to take a doggie bag home. But trust me, I enjoyed the rest of the chicken that night. I have had the opportunity to enjoy Chef Tom’s meals a few times. I have NEVER been disappointed – EVER! Of course, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is inviting and relaxing at Reserve 22. If you haven’t had the chance or opportunity to dine at Reserve 22 MAKE IT A MUST! You will put it on your list of places to return to – OFTEN. The Easter menu looked unbelievable too. If you are looking for a place to have Easter dinner, I HIGHLY recommend Reserve 22. “My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“A very, very exceptional kind of place for DuPage County, Illinois. Q Pub and Grill is like an oasis in a desert. Food is great and delicious, they actually look out for you here, and Erika is the best one here. Any time I travel to the far suburbs of Chicagoland, this is the best place to be. Playing pool is a lot of fun, too.

In a community like DuPage County, Illinois, where even New Yorkers would get turned off by the lack of a social atmosphere and wouldn't ever return as tourists, where it's easier to make new friends at New York City's Central Park Zoo than it is at College of DuPage, Oak Brook Mall, the annual DuPage County Fair, or the Naperville Riverwalk, where all interactions between strangers are strictly business-related and are for business only, where especially single and lone guys get bullied and ruthlessly alienated, outcasted, and tormented at most other public use facilities (school/college campuses, shopping malls, public parks, fairs, festivals, and so forth), and where people in those same places act like they think they're in East St. Louis when in the presence of strangers and as if all non-business interactions with strangers and making friends were illegal and meant a one way trip to Pontiac or even the chair for all involved, Q Pub and Grill is a huge exception. “Deleted a 1 star review to replace it with a 5 star. I booked a rental at 11:30am to take some swings at a place with some feed back and that wasn’t outside with this recent heat wave and rain. Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

“Me and my husband went there this past Friday with our two kids to have dinner. It was our first time there and for a Friday it was surpisingly not busy. Maybe that is because of all the outdoor festivals that is going on now. But as soon as we sat down a a short Blonde server who was dressed in all black greeted us and gave us menus. Our server was very nice and told us the specials and what pop products they have. We asked her what does she recommend from here. She then told us that they are well known for their broasted wings and broasted chicken dinner. I then asked what is her favorite from the menu. She said the chicken avocado melt, the wings and broasted chicken dinner. So we chose the wings and the chicken avocado melt. She then told us about their summer special that kids eat free, one kids meal per one adult order of an Entree on Friday, Saterday and Sunday from 4 pm to 7 pm. We told her wow that is a nice special. This place is huge and has alot of Arcade games, Air Hockey, Basketball hoop game, Darts and other games to occupy the kids. They have tons of projector T.V. and flat T.V. and have on all types of sports to watch since it is a sports bar and grill. All we can say was that our server did not let us down. She was spot on with her recommendations as the wings were big, juicy and delicouse. As well as the chicken avocado melt was just so good. Also the kids liked their meals and the free Ice cream that came with it. Overall we enjoyed our dinner, our time there, and the service. We just found a new spot that we will be comming back too.“
