This location is disgusting physically and emotionally. I am so distraught. I walked inside and sat in my seat and I immediately saw a trail of ants. I lifted my feet up to avoid the ants and a barista yelled at me to take my feet off, making me feel so uncomfortable. If doing them a favor because I can assure you my feet are way cleaner than these tables.Later, I ordered a brownie and a drink. My brownie came out cold and stale even though I asked for it to be warmed. It also felt uncooked in the middle. Then I was waiting for my drink which the app said it would be done, but it wasn't ready when I went up. It was no problem, until I saw my drink on the counter unfinished. The two baristas were conversing endlessly, ignoring the fact that my drink should ve been done five minutes ago! And so you're aware, the Starbucks was complete empty, which now makes sense. I will not be returning to this location, ever, and I hope you choose to avoid this business too!

this is not a good starbucks. the negative reviews discuss a rude female employee. i wonder if this is her? - one of the older female employees got aggressive with me when i calmly asked to speak with her about my transaction. she made a scene. when i asked to call someone privately about it (as she was causing a scene), she spoke denigratingly to me and refused to respect my request about my being able to call later to discuss / refused to stop talking to me as i requested her to not cause a scene in front of customers, and then became aggressive and put her hand in my bag on my person with my receipt to intimidate me instead of handing the receipt to me. an employee should NEVER touch anything on my body / person without my permission let alone my bag i'm wearing/purse. she did it angrily too so it was a violating move. she had terrible boundaries, was aggressive and violating. when i contacted the manager michael over email he didn't understand the situation and seemed to just defend his erratic employee and he never responded to my emails to solve the problem once i further clarified for him as it didn't seem he understood what the problem was in order to apologize for it. a customer who saw it happened approached me as i left and asked if i was okay after how the older female employee she had treated me in her rage and anger. i do wonder why is this starbucks failing at managing issues and "making the moment" like they are trained to? making the moment means actually hearing the customer, responding to them, apologizing for what actually happened and making it right. my emails have been ignored for days as i kindly ask to address this. bad form, starbucks. now any time i go in, she says the emails i sent were responded to (they weren't, i sent several after one initial email where michael the manager either misunderstood or just blamed me). she puts her hand up and is rude to me. the employees see her behavior and are shocked and ask me what's going on and so i discussed it with them what had happened and she stopped the conversation and said i was "monopolizing" to cover up her behavior. i do believe that elder generation with all of their skills and talent does need to realize we don't respond this way to a customer nor their concerns, as narcissistic abuse in a work culture in order to maintain control is no longer the standard protocol for customer service. the female employee on her own choice got physical on me and yelled at me. i deserve an apology. i think training her is needed at this location or giving her a break bc her being abusive to female patrons just is not the way to go.

Today my friends and I came to Starbucks to hangout and order food and drinks. We were first greeted with the baristas yelling at us that we cannot sit at the table even if we ordered. Then I went up to get my birthday drink and I was unable to get it for free. When I showed I had the app I continued to get yelled at to bring up my barcode even though I asked for help to find it. I was surprised by the rude attitude I received on my birthday. I did not even receive a happy birthday and I'm very displeased with my experience.

The drinks there are alright but my friend trip and we got kicked out it was very weird and he ordered a drink so basically got scammed ‍. The service there was ok ig anytime where there they are mad at my friends for some reason like bro if you want me to come back atleast act like you care about the customer first time this happend I thought oh they prob having a bad day but only one worker is always .

If you're looking for a Starbucks to be your go to place! Choose this one. You won't regret it! Anyone who knows me, knows that I absolutely love Starbucks! I love coming to this Starbucks because, everyone is unbelievably sweet and kind! I love how fast and efficient they are, and my drinks are always consistent!
