Honestly, I come to this Starbucks often. I think everything is actually pretty good EXCEPT the cashier Gabrielle (?) who works mornings. She is rude and doesnt return any change. By change I do not mean cash and I do not mean a whole lot of cents either. I am literally talking about a penny, nickel and dime. I usually would not care about this but the fact that I know I should be given some sort of change and she doesnt even make an attempt to give it back to me, is wrong. How can one assume that I do not want my couple of cents back? She has literally done this about a handful of times. Could it be because I do not tip? Well, there is no tip jar. Have I tipped before? Absolutely but I refuse to tip someone what that crappy attitude. Besides her, I would have honestly given this place a 4 even a 5. Everything else is great!

Terrible service, the employees were unfriendly, we are supposed to buy drinks, a total of 40 dollars in promotion, they had to give us the red glass, they only gave us the drinks and they didn't even say thank you for your purchase, I asked him about the glass and in a bad way he said they no longer had

1. No where to sit (I need a low table). 2. Manager looked at me with a flat, blank face didn’t say a word. I said my order and at the end I said, “and that’ll be all.” She said, “that’s it?” I said “yes that’s it” (did she not hear me or was she being sarcastic?). I walked in and no one greeted me and not even a thank you from the barista when my drink was done. What did I do to them? It’s like they acted they were better than me or something! I’ve been here before and was not greeted with an attitude. Customer service?

I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews but this Starbucks is consistently terrible. I will actually go out of my way to not go to this one. Because it’s so conveniently located, I went to it today and I had a coupon on my app that said “all day $3 ice coffee and teas any size on 8/8” I read it to her in the drive thru and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed to show them, so I ordered, got up to the window and maybe a manager walked up and said “I mean, we’ll see if it scans, if it doesn’t I can’t do anything about it” just really rude no customer service skills whatsoever. It scans, and so I asked for a venti because it was any size… and they rolled their eyes and made a deal and said “I mean you ordered a grande,” and I said yeah because you told me you didn’t know what I was talking about for the coupon and wanted to make sure it was valid before I ordered a larger drink? As if I need to explain myself. It’s so bizarre to me when people are in the service industry and have no customer service skills. Not to mention they make the drinks terrible. Too bad because it’s really convenient, but I won’t be coming here again.

Standard Starbucks, but 3 out of 4 drinks in my order were incorrect. Wrong milk was placed in coffees, and a tea-based drink was made espresso. Labels were correct, drinks were wrong.

Can't get orders correct. Overcharging for drinks. I ordered a short got charged for a grande. Let's keep hiring dumb kids who'd rather socialize than help customers. I know, I know, get off my lawn... and out of my coffee shop too.Never had a good experience yet. Slow. Forget stuff. Here's a hint: remember people who come in every day. Put stoppers in all the drinks, especially in the drive-thru. We're in cars. Give napkins with all food items. How is this not standard practice. Oh and before everyone jumps all over me, yeah I do know what's it's like, worked at Starbucks for 15 years. If you just go to Starbucks, choose another location. I will.
