Happy birth day to my sons today my 13 year old son steep in this store because Crumbl cookie store ruin his birthday present by not get him his free Cooke , we stepped in Starbucks
And ask the manager if he can get samething for free since the other store refuse to get him anything even though he has his app and the advertise for birthdays cookies ! Starbucks crew was super nice and told my son ! Sure what you want for your birthday ! ? My soon as for a cookie , thank you , thank you your guys will always has my business!!

My mom is the nicest lady ever but this Starbucks, there’s always something wrong. I just ordered a strawberry créme frap and they didn’t put the strawberry syrup in it. They’re always in shortage of things and neverrr get my orders right. My mom is dairy free and so many times they’ve screwed up her drinks. How hard is it to make a strawberry frap?!? It’s so popular. This is why I NEVER go to this starbucks, it sucks and their drinks suck; who do you got working back there?? Janitors?

One of the baristas sneezed into his hands but did not wash them afterwards. He wiped his nose with his bare fingers then proceeded to touch customers' drinks and food. I saw this as I sat at a table towards the windows while working on my laptop, catching it from the corner of my eye. It was DISGUSTING and shocking. Not one of his coworkers or manager seemed to notice, care, or say anything to him which was weirdly more shocking since he kept sneezing,.sounding super sick and congested. Not once did he wash his hands or try to block his sneezes in his elbow as he touched everything spreading his germs. How could the Manager NOT notice any of this??? They let him spread his germs all over the place as he sloppily worked. Very gross.... It's just not something you expect from Starbucks... I used to like this location, but not anymore. It did have a few great baristas- but overall it seems the whole staff needs to be RE-trained on proper customer service and sanitary food handling & safety procedures.

Honestly, I come to this Starbucks often. I think everything is actually pretty good EXCEPT the cashier Gabrielle (?) who works mornings. She is rude and doesnt return any change. By change I do not mean cash and I do not mean a whole lot of cents either. I am literally talking about a penny, nickel and dime. I usually would not care about this but the fact that I know I should be given some sort of change and she doesnt even make an attempt to give it back to me, is wrong. How can one assume that I do not want my couple of cents back? She has literally done this about a handful of times. Could it be because I do not tip? Well, there is no tip jar. Have I tipped before? Absolutely but I refuse to tip someone what that crappy attitude. Besides her, I would have honestly given this place a 4 even a 5. Everything else is great!

Terrible service, the employees were unfriendly, we are supposed to buy drinks, a total of 40 dollars in promotion, they had to give us the red glass, they only gave us the drinks and they didn't even say thank you for your purchase, I asked him about the glass and in a bad way he said they no longer had

1. No where to sit (I need a low table). 2. Manager looked at me with a flat, blank face didn’t say a word. I said my order and at the end I said, “and that’ll be all.” She said, “that’s it?” I said “yes that’s it” (did she not hear me or was she being sarcastic?). I walked in and no one greeted me and not even a thank you from the barista when my drink was done. What did I do to them? It’s like they acted they were better than me or something! I’ve been here before and was not greeted with an attitude. Customer service?

I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews but this Starbucks is consistently terrible. I will actually go out of my way to not go to this one. Because it’s so conveniently located, I went to it today and I had a coupon on my app that said “all day $3 ice coffee and teas any size on 8/8” I read it to her in the drive thru and she said she didn’t know what I was talking about and I needed to show them, so I ordered, got up to the window and maybe a manager walked up and said “I mean, we’ll see if it scans, if it doesn’t I can’t do anything about it” just really rude no customer service skills whatsoever. It scans, and so I asked for a venti because it was any size… and they rolled their eyes and made a deal and said “I mean you ordered a grande,” and I said yeah because you told me you didn’t know what I was talking about for the coupon and wanted to make sure it was valid before I ordered a larger drink? As if I need to explain myself. It’s so bizarre to me when people are in the service industry and have no customer service skills. Not to mention they make the drinks terrible. Too bad because it’s really convenient, but I won’t be coming here again.

Standard Starbucks, but 3 out of 4 drinks in my order were incorrect. Wrong milk was placed in coffees, and a tea-based drink was made espresso. Labels were correct, drinks were wrong.
