I’m usually an at-home coffee person, but without my coffee maker right now, I’ve been picking up Starbucks. It honestly bummed me out at first because I love the way I make it at home & I never really know what to order at a coffee shop to make it taste the same. The girl taking my order in the drive-thru at this location was so helpful, and then once I got to the window, Will was just such a warm & lovely person. You could tell he cared that my coffee was made well and really hoped I would like it — which, by the way, I really did!!
He obviously couldn’t have known, but I’m going through a lot personally in the last 48 hours with family stuff and my dog, and Will’s energy with me through the drive-thru really warmed my heart this morning. They accidentally made an extra blueberry muffin, and when he handed me my last drink he gave me a second one, I told him I had already gotten mine. He just smiled and told me to take it anyway. It was such a simple gesture, but it meant more than he knows.
I drove away with tears in my eyes, in the best way, feeling so warm from the kindness he showed. I really needed that today. Thank you, Will and the beautiful people who were working at this location this morning!

Big guy shouldn't be working at starbucks, lied and told me they didn't receive my order and made me pull back thru the drive thru when it told me my order was ready to go. Don't come here big guy rude!!
Ever since they refurbished this location a few years ago this place has gone downhill! they need new management I went in there two days in a row and the same sugar packet was on the floor no one saw it no one could pick it up? they need to bring back the high top tables!!! It used to be fun to go there get out of my home office to do some work have a refresher and a cookie or brownie when I go there now it is blah atmosphere. The staff is kind of friendly however they're more robotic they don't want to get to know the people that come in there all the time like the other staff used to.
