I walked in I was the only person in line I stood in the front for 10 minutes kept serving the drive-thru over and over again. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and walked out. Absolute worst. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else

I rarely go to Taco Bell, maybe once a year. But I had eaten earlier in the day and wanted something small before returning home, and a single taco was perfect. I like this location; it's clean. The food is good, and the service is nice. There are other locations in the area, but some of them are filthy, so to walk into a place that is clean is refreshing.
Tried the chicken nuggets. Not as good as I thought they'd be. Pretty much the same nuggets that you could get anywhere. Sauce was pretty good, service in the lobby not so good. My takeaway was: stick to the Mex food at Taco Bell. If you want chicken nuggets, find a chicken place

I visited this location this evening and placed an online order. However, while we were waiting, a member of the kitchen staff came to the window to clarify something about our order. While doing so, he opened the window with his gloved hands, sneezed directly into those gloves, spoke with us, and then returned immediately to preparing food—without changing his gloves or washing his hands.
It was extremely unsettling to witness this, especially knowing that if this is what happens in plain sight, one can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Basic hygiene protocols should be non-negotiable, particularly in food service. This experience has left me concerned and disappointed.

Taco bell is the best place ever, real mexican food, innovative items, and amazing deals!! Can't ever go wrong with taco bell
I ordered through the drive thru earlier I finished my drink. Literally 10 minutes ago I go inside to refill my Taco Bell cup that literally just had ice so obviously I recently came in if the ice didn’t melt yet. But anyway the manager comes and tells me I can’t bring a cup from a day before.?? Very rude manager and assumed it was an old cup like if I’m a bum or something . I Literally came in with my work uniform which im very sure I make more I don’t need to bring a cup from a day before. I Just came in for a refill which I had Taco Bell like not even a hour ago and I corrected her and she felt dumb didn’t even apologize instead she ignored what I said and kept a conversation with an employee there . Goofy
