I ordered through the drive thru earlier I finished my drink. Literally 10 minutes ago I go inside to refill my Taco Bell cup that literally just had ice so obviously I recently came in if the ice didn’t melt yet. But anyway the manager comes and tells me I can’t bring a cup from a day before.?? Very rude manager and assumed it was an old cup like if I’m a bum or something . I Literally came in with my work uniform which im very sure I make more I don’t need to bring a cup from a day before. I Just came in for a refill which I had Taco Bell like not even a hour ago and I corrected her and she felt dumb didn’t even apologize instead she ignored what I said and kept a conversation with an employee there . They were closed.the people couldn’t speak properly.whatever they were mean.They were bald no service.put a nail in my Baja blast.and last because this place is the worst they couldn’t even give me nacho fries in two minutes. It took them 20 minutes I almost forgot they made my daughter cry, and I had to cancel Christmas because of them And Santa has diabetes because of their tacos
Horrible customer service! Why were they trying to rush me when I was just checking if all of my items were in the bag? I understand this is fast food but that is no excuse to treat your customers like this!! Doesn’t hurt to be a little nice to the people who help you keep your job.

Does this look like a flatbread?? When I tried to show the lady worker she argued with me saying that’s how they do it. Also missing 2 items so there’s that.
Every now and then we really enjoy a #tacobell “Bell Run” at our house. Maybe it reminds us of our college days? It might also be b/c everyone in our family has that one favorite thing they always order. But we had stopped going to the one closest to our house on Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn - for a lot of reasons. It was disappointing - and we had shared that with friends and family. We ALSO enjoy hitting the cocktail houses and restaurants in downtown Glen Ellyn too…we’re way more INclusive than EXclusive on that front.
BUT…now that this Taco Bell it is under new ownership it is SO MUCH better I feel the need to share that news too! Our orders are always correct - everything tastes the way we expect it to. JANET and the team there are AWESOME! They get what customer service is all about.
Feeling the need to share that b/c I love it when things turn-a-round for the better. If you’re a Taco Bell fan, like to support local ownership and the teams who work there….check out the 370 Roosevelt Road location and share the luv with the team.
Lady in the window was downright RUDE! Didn’t say a word to us and demanded we go around for a second mobile order. The Taco Bell in Danada lets you do two mobile orders at once. Sour cream schmear all over the box! And the items from the order were all mixed up! Only acknowledged us when she realized she mixed up the boxes! No sauces, at ALL! BTW I don’t think you’re supposed to wear MULTIPLE bracelets while working with food. I don’t want your bracelet particulate matter all over my meal deal! Also have nasty faces.

I was just there to pick up some food for me and my family and we got our food thrown at us by the cashier Melissa G. And made the biggest mess in my car. All the food that we got made so nasty and we were missing items. Her attitude was the worst and when we called to talk to a manager her and the other person in there were laughing . They hung up the phone and kept ignoring the call. This is the worst experience ever .
