Wish we could've been notified before our arrival that the restaurant was permanently closed. We could've had an opportunity to seek out another restaurant for dinner.
It was permanently closed. They must not have communicated this to you. But our meal across the street was great. 😊
The beer was good...the food was even better. We'll definitely come back when we're in town.
Food should have been warmer. Not sure if it sat before it was delivered to the table or what but definitely noticeable.

We visited Two Hound Red for dinner and had a mixed experience. The food and service were good at first, but things took a turn when a live band began setting up around 7:30pm. By the time their set started (before 8pm), the volume was so loud that none of us could hear each other. Even our kids gave up trying to talk, and I noticed surrounding tables had also stopped conversing. There didn't seem to be a sound person managing the levels, and honestly, the band's volume felt more appropriate for a large venue than a family restaurant with a kids' menu. My suggestion to management: if live music is part of the atmosphere, please don't start it until after 9pm, when most families have finished dining. It was just too loud, too early.
Mika was an excellent server and the jazz music was delightful. A fun afternoon with friends.
Had a party for 30 in private room on a Sunday afternoon when restaurant was slow. Did buffet style. They couldn’t handle it. Only one server. Room wasn’t set up. Food took a long time, was cold and they did not serve enough for 30. Had to wait another 20 minutes for more food to feed entire party. Need better management in kitchen and better service. Disappointed.

We were greeted nicely as we entered and the host/manager was very accommodating for us as we were part of a large group (several tables) who were there to see the band. Food was good for the most part (nachos just average) - wait staff were busy so it took a while to get the second round of drinks. But over all - we had a great time. Band was very fun and crowd was dancing. Will definitely go again. Space was great and the slightly elevated booths were nice.
Liked the seating by the open windows. Service was not good. Utensils were never brought. It wasn’t till after our food arrived and I had to ask for them to be brought. Pizza is 1/4 of their menu and that’s what I wanted… apparently because the night before was half off pizzas… they didn’t have dough and were making more. This is at 6pm the next day…? You would think they would be better prepared. The flavor of the wings were good but unfortunately I didn’t eat them because the skin was soggy and not cooked the way anyone would want to eat wings. Since what I came there for was unavailable the only things I could decide on was nachos… which were served cold… toppings would have a made a good cold dip at a summer bbq. Not on nachos. To top all this off… when paying the bill our server stood there with the machine watching us pay and it’s very awkward having someone watch you decide what to tip. We asked for boxes, never received them, after 10 min of watching him roll silverware instead… we grabbed our own boxes. Definitely will not be back.

I do not get the complaints. This place is always top notch with good service and tasty food. Is it fancy? No. But I love the relaxed atmosphere and feeling of a chill neighborhood bar. And the beers and cocktails are always delicious too and at fair prices.
Mediocre food with high prices, the service was something 😆 the server said our IDs are fake, I had to remind a few times that we need napkins, forks, plates… brought us a dish that we didn’t order and claimed that we ordered that. Interesting experience, I won’t recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our evening at Two Hound Red. The food and the beer were very good and nicely presented. The service was also very good. We did have to ask for utensils and napkins. The best surprise of the night was the entertainment. A folk singer was playing and electric guitar, and his partner was actually making some paintings to a few of the songs.
Great brewery with awesome food good service and great vibe.
