This Wendy's seems to be pretty consistent with the tone of the atmosphere when I go inside. Most of the time, I am greeted nicely & the staff are busy working, nice & always helpful when I need something. They don't appear annoyed like some other places if you need to interrupt them for a second. That is very much appreciated on my side because I also don't like interrupting them for whatever it is I need. ??♀️
Parking: The lot is usually empty. It always has room.
1 star all the way down I would say less honestly. This isn’t based off this Supposedly “Baconator” visit. This is based off multiple visits. Every single time it’s a let down. Now as you can see the condiments are well ew the bread tasted and felt like it was covered in grease and tasted like the floor. Chewing and awful. Ps the pretzel buns do not go on baconators. Also you can see in the picture there is a remanence of cheese where there used to be a piece of cheese but it’s missing somewhere idk where it went cause I didn’t eat it. Looks like a patty that was on another sandwich and got put on mine someone swapping patties cause they made something somewhere wrong and I got the old nasty picked off patty? Everything about this was disgusting I can’t believe I tried a seconds bite smh! Pray I don’t get sick from this ;) oh and they didn’t give out a receipt lol go figure. I live right down the road almost 2 years and this last year is by far the worst I’ve seen it.
Crew members at the Glen Ellyn location are very rude I let them know every time I come there that I would like my food fresh seems like they have attitudes because they have to do their job there we’re times I would order in the drive thru and my nuggets or fries would be rock hard that you couldn’t barely bite into them and I had to return for it to be remade their customer service could be way better than what it is

I’ve always loved this Wendy’s, but the customer service has really declined. I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-thru before I could even place my order. The employee, Fernando, asked me to 'hold on for a minute,' but that minute turned into 10. I’m not sure what the hold-up was or why it took so long, especially with multiple staff members working inside. It shouldn't take that long to take an order.

I'm never coming here again, this was the final straw. Almost inedible burger and fries. Everything is cold and dry, and the bun tasted like it was from 24+ hours ago. And it's not even cheap, you can literally go to Culvers and get hot fresh food that tastes way better for the same price.
