Unreal customer service, consistently when I come here I experience such disrespect from the same worker working the drive thru window, the younger person. Unreal how they act. Cmon dude I get it you are at Wendy’s but relax and stop being so sassy. Same exact employee everytime

This food is dangerous. Last weekend, my family and I got sick. The food was disgusting. The staff was very young and couldn’t get our order right. Even my kids wouldn’t finish their food. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Workers they are fine. They just need an update on one worker and it’s the older lady that works the cashier. She’s real slow. She’s real rude has no customer service talking skills when you say something to her on your order she gets really mad really fast. She doesn’t get things right it might be time to retire. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Clearly Richell and assistant didn't care about what I ordered. I tried to call but go figure no answer 😕 Well I am going to make the drive over there to speak with a mgr and pray they don't spit my food!

Moved to the area a few months back. Gave this place a try and the food wasn’t fresh and they got my order wrong. After I confirmed it twice.
Decided the other day to give it another shot. Food was even less fresh than the last time and they also got my order wrong, again. I purchased 3 items. How do you get 2 out of the 3 wrong. On top of this it’s clear they hate being there. Not coming back.
I’m shocked this location hasn’t been shut down or everyone has been fired and replaced. All of their attitudes suck especially the older Hispanic lady that works the drive through. The food is NEVER FRESH or they’ll get your order wrong. They always say come back for a refund knowing most people can’t or won’t. Corporate needs to do a walk through.

I called and the manager said for me to bring food back to get refund, if I could get there I would of drove that's why I had it delivered. Cost extra for delivery. Manager refuses to refund my money, so I will never go back again. The staff is very rude there and doesn't really care about customers.
