Had great weather so we sat bistro style on the sidewalk out front, and had a show with our dinner. Started with a couple cocktails and appetizer of crostini. Drinks were beautifully presented. Pepe took good care of us and we ordered his recommendations for dinner: ossobucco and steak frites. The ossobucco was fork tender and the tomato in the sauce together with the polenta balanced textures and acid with savor and easy chew of the meat. We shared the roasted sweet potatoes, which had a seasoning with a little kick. Desert was chocolate cremeux and a cup of drip coffee. Both were outstanding.
Parking: If you don't mind walking a block there is plenty of parking nearby.

The menu has a combination of regular restaurant fare and sushi. The food is of good quality, and the portion size is decent. The place is always fully booked, and that is why the service is indifferent. It is also extremely noisy and hard to maintain a conversation without shouting.

The food was great, such a cute restaurant too with pretty outdoor seating area. Inside was a bit dark though.

I had the roast chicken “dinner” for $32. There were 2 tiny legs and a small piece of a breast. It came with sweet potatoes — 3 or 4 little slivers — and fennel, most of which was inetable (sp?). I gave one of the legs to my husband since I don’t like dark meat and he said it was undercooked. This was a pathetic meal. I would have said something but we were with another couple and I didn’t want to make a fuss. I won’t eat there again.

First time in Glencoe and I was starving. This was the first place I came to, and it was perfect: a wonderful server (sorry but can’t remember your name) recommended the bagel and lox and it did not disappoint. Probably the best I’ve had. They even gifted me some incredible homemade donuts! Quite the welcome! ??

Went last night, ordered a burger medium rare it was ice cold. The server took it back and they put it in an oven. It came back burnt and the bun was burnt and hard. I sent it back and skipped dinner. Our server said medium-rare is supposed to be cold!
My son didn’t want aioli on his burger and it was there. Server’s response was “well I told the kitchen.” My son has severe food allergies and carries an Epi pen. Orders need to be taken seriously as many people have food allergies. Service was so rude, he never checked on us. I have had this server before and he is always like this.

Rude staff and entitled patrons. Put your restaurant back inside your building and get it off our public sidewalks.

I would like to say THANK YOU to the Guildhall team for your service and dedication to your guest. I just had my daughter’s bridal shower at Guildhall and all I can say is WOW!
The servers customer service was outstanding. Hats off to the chef for the amazing food and presentation. I would like to send a special shout out to Norma as she was outstanding at making sure my guest were taken care off and Jon for hiring such an amazing team to run your restaurant.

Great cocktails and awesome food including sushi! Could do without a DJ - makes it difficult to have a normal conversation.

Asking me to move and get up while I’m eating because some women want the window closed is one of the wildest things I’ve seen in a while especially when you pay $30 for a salad that doesn’t even have a full chicken breast.
