Hate that I threw my receipt away… but came to this location on thanksgiving in the drive thru before work decided to eat my food and there was a long piece of hair inside the bag. I got the 5$ Duo whopper junior with onion ring. Disappointed because why is hair inside of the bag.. hair nets should be worn. Will not discredit their customer service because it was great but the hair inside of my bag with onion rings and a hamburger is unacceptable threw away the whole bag.

Treated very unfairly at this location. When it came to ordering, I was rushed but as I waited my food was just sitting there while several ladies on the day shift stood amongst themselves speaking Spanish and laughing. When I asked them where is my food, the pregnant lady didn’t even apologize for the delay and just grabbed my not so fresh food off the heat lamps. The bathrooms wasn’t clean either. This use to be my fav location but it has went DOWNHILL since.

I always order through the app a few minutes before I get there. I can't remember the last time I wasn't asked to park by the front door. I've started refusing, they're the only place I've been to that can't manage to cook a sandwich and actually hand it through the window in an appropriate amount of time. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done, won't be going back.

How is it that everytime I stop to have food here they always have atleast 3 cars pulled around building waiting for the food. I placed an online order and took them 28 mins to get it served after walking into establishment. There is a heavier set woman that always is in a bad mood and food seemed like half was cold and half was put into microwave.
This is a great place to have lunch very relaxing customer-friendly good atmosphere the food is delicious hot and fresh
