Partner wanted to try a new local place for tacos. He ordered a steak burrito and taco de al pastor, said taco was delicious and the burrito was so filling, he only finished half lol. He definitely enjoyed his order. I ordered carne en chili and was more than happy with it! The sauce was spicy and addicting. Son was pleased with steak taco and horchata. Will definitely come back to try some more dishes and support small businesses.
So, we have tried El Mezquite three times now... the first time we dined in (hope they get a liquor license soon! ), and tried tacos de tripas. As many know, tripas can be REALLY hit or miss, and these are BY FAR the best tripas I've ever had. I also order chicharron anywhere that offers it, and they were FANTASTIC. Today I tried a burrito de chicharron and it is exactly what I've been searching for since Pancho's closed. We will definitely be back!!!

I stopped by for the first time and I gotta say that I will be coming back again! The tacos were good(I got tripas) and a mojarra(fried fish). The fish was really good, it was crispy and the salsa went well with it. I liked the look of the place. I recommend coming here, they have $1 tacos on Wednesday.
