It has been a day! But JZ and Michael made it feel way better and made me feel so special. I was having a very difficult time logging into my app on my new phone. Out of no where JZ just comps my beverage. Making things so much smoother for me. Michael crafted my doppio campana... absolutely spot on. I asked for light ice for all my drinks, instead my drinks were filled with mostly ice.
