(02/21/24) Terrible in every possible way. Corporate and Dupage Health Department have been called.Workers (Karolina) here is useless. It’s a ghost town if you approach the register as the employees are not there or on phone’s. Karolina in particular is the worst and needs to be fired. She is terrible. She told me she didn’t care if I was a secret shopper or corporate, and encouraged me to write this review.(02/27/24) Workers have decided toharass me and tamper with my drink for making a complaint. I now have them on video saying the don’t care if I called corporate. This whole store needs to be shut down. Kat the district manager has been notified and has done NOTHING to help. No accountability at this location.

I have never come across a rude barista inside or the drive-thru! A lot of people who complain about waiting a while for their drinks well look around. The place is usually very busy and they are doing the best they can. It's not like they're sitting down doing nothing

We waited in line for 20 minutes on Christmas Eve. Finally, I pulled up at 4 pm and was told they were closed Fine. However, I could not leave the drive-through line, which was the bigger problem. The condescending, controlling, and rude barista who trapped me in the line for 30 minutes and would not let me leave is the real problem. I kept asking for the other cars to pull forward like Portillos and Mcdonald's do so I could get out of the line I was trapped in, and I was told NO. Not even nicely, it was a FU ATTITUDE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TRAPPED!! Finally, after ten more minutes, I was able to back out. This was unacceptable, and I'm escalating to Starbucks corporate. What makes her so unique is that her time and the customers in front of me were just more important and the message was very clear. That it was ok to trap people in line on Xmas Eve. I could not leave. Just “NO” I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY WERE DONE SERVING THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME. This was the worst experience at Starbucks I ever had. She should be fired. I am sure the other customer service complaints about the Glendale Heights location has to be the same person. Check the cameras.

I think the workers at this Starbucks spend too much time at the new dispensary that opened over there. They always take forever to answer you at the speaker box, they never know what they’re talking about, and they give attitude. The coffee is also almost always burnt at this location. Worst Starbucks in the area.

Awful customer service. The lady in the morning is rude and sarcastic. She acts like customers are beneath the staff. First question when I pulled up to the window was "don't forget to answer the question on the keypad". Well duh, How else am I going to pay? The question she was referring to was the tip. LOL yeah right, sorry. Never with that attitude you should be tipping us.

Service here was alright definitely not the best. The Mocha cookie crumble here though was really good. Will come back though because overall it was pretty decent.

5 stars to all the wonderful baristas who have been super nice every time I've come in. Except for Jenni. I dunno what I did to get assaulted by that pungent attitude today in the drive thru, but dang, that was rough ? Other than that, my drink is always right and always yummy.
