Was having a terrible experience because I needed to replace 1 cookie that had a hair in it. However thanks to a worker, I believe by the name of Jackson, made my experience a lot better by giving me 10 coupons for a free 12 pack of cookies. 1 mistake, turned into 120 free cookies, great staff.

Manager on site refused to replace my cookie after they sold me a stale cookie from the prior week that I had tossed out stating I should bring it in after I explained to him I threw it out and refused to search my receipt. Precious I’ve never had an issue and cookies were never an issue.
