I received some of the best customer service each time I go. The last few times it was within an hour of them closing, yet the team working was outstanding! I feel horrible that I don't know the one woman's name but she's been there each time, and definitely a customer service pro!

I don't care for the business model of this place. You can't order with a real person. Your only options are to order ahead for pickup or to order at a kiosk at the store. I ordered ahead and there were several people waiting in line to pick up. Even if you order ahead, they don't box up your order until you arrive.
