Horrible phone service specially those who are new working at this location. They can’t locate the order in the system and just walk away without responding. Need good training

I love prices but the girl that work on Saturday is not nice don't answer phones never in the last 2 months glendale heights ill

The girl is hard working and really nice with everyone despite doing a hard job.

This location doesn’t even do basic things right anymore. Toppings were on one slice and not the whole pizza. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Took 2 hours to get my pizza delivered. Weekend, ordered around dinner time. Yes about the busiest time of day. But the app showed it was 15 minutes away for over an hour. They should have a policy not to deliver a pizza that's been driving around for over an hour getting cold. My pizza and chicken was obviously cold, and dry. I wouldn't bother with delivery again, it's definitely not worth it.

Staff was nice. They do not deliver. ƁThe pizza was disgusting. Not enough cheese and the mushrooms and green peppers were not fresh. Chicken wings had zero flavor. Red Baron frozen supreme pizza for 6 bucks tastes better and the frozen vegetables taste way more fresh. Would not recommend this location, I'll never order from here again. Generoso pizza just a mile down the road is 100x better pizza choice for your money, and their giant slice + drink combo is amazing.

I used to LOVE this place.but my last experience just sealed it for me.I ordered a pizza and the pasta .I got my pizza but no pasta yet I was charged for it.I called and called ..no answer.I have to drive over there and the guy said "I think we are out of the pasta but let me check" he leaves the register after handling filthy cash and cards, coughs in his hand then reaches in the container come out with a handful of cheese, throws it in the pan at which time I stopped him in his tracks and just ask for my money back.Haven't been back since. NASTY.

Messed up the order. Had to wait almost an hour in my car till they fixed it. Food is ok… disappointing service.
