Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a cold brew, black, with NO ice and they refused the order because they insisted on putting ice in it. Let me get this straight… am I paying for coffee or am I paying for a cup full of ice? Cold brew is already cold. Ice just waters it down. The fact that a customer can’t order coffee the way they want especially something this simple is insane. Instead of accommodating a basic request, they acted like it was some kind of forbidden rule to serve coffee without ice. If I wanted diluted coffee, I’d add water myself. I came here to buy coffee, not a science experiment or a corporate policy lesson. Terrible customer service, zero flexibility, and a great way to lose customers over something unbelievably stupid. Won’t be back.

Just bought a loaded hash brown, my cup was not even half way full, my sandwiches was hard and to top it off the Girl taking drive thru orders had a nasty attitude breathing extra heavy while taking my order.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The fact that they have 3.3 is crazy, they should be at 0.1 Staff is super rude the manager being the worst they will always messed up your order and have wait forever to fix it. When complain to the manager she told me it not here problem.

Your employees are rude. Not courteous at all. He told me to go some place else if I cannot wait. This is Dunkin Donuts in Glendale Heights.
Order the donut. It was upside-down frosting stuck to the bag. Asked the cashier not to put it upside down. She said we throw the donut in the bag and give it so be it. Very rude. Horrible service and staff. We are paying for food that they are not giving for free.

Really bad customer service. Whole team needs to be retrained. I ordered through the drive thru and the girl taking the order was so rude for no reason. I ordered a turkey sausage wrap and she said they don’t have sausage so i said “all good, ill get the bacon” and shes like “okay but what else do you want?” in a rude voice and just being condescending. While waiting for the food the girl making the drinks kept just saying rude things about other customers. FOOD: The drinks had all the syrup in the bottom of the cup. I have worked in Dunkin before and I know for a fact they have not been trained.

Waited art the window for 10 minutes, got handed the wrong order first, and the corrected order was cold. Asked for napkins….”all out”. I would normally never rate a chain, but there’s so many other Dunkin’s in the area this one just needs to be avoided.

Not a good place to work and service is always slow, there’s a few good employees that I know from working here but if they aren’t there it’s not good. Last time I came here, I got a matcha with cold foam and the foam was all watered down and milky. You couldn’t even call it cold foam, and this isn’t the first time either. And it’s never mixed well. I see nothing has changed since I worked there and it’s really disappointing. I just go across the lot to Starbucks instead, they know how to get orders right even with long lines of customers.
