They never have more then two types of donut holes and when you ask for mixed donut holes they don't bother to tell you they are out of the others they just give you two different kinds like that's still a mix of the two they have left. This has happened to me twice so I always ask now but they are rude about it like it's a hassle to tell me. I get my daughters donut holes once a month on a Sunday morning and it's always like that. I will be using a different dunkin' donuts.

Totally unorganized. Stood in line almost 10 minutes with employees walking by and not even acknowledging that you were there. When someone finally came to take the order, it took them almost 10 minutes to enter it in the register. Totally got order wrong. Not sure if it was their first day, but none of the other employees offered to help!

Never had a Dunkin’ take 15 fricken minutes to handle 3 cars. Made me late for work and everything. This is supposed to be a quick stop. 3 people standing by the register and they still can’t get my order right. Overstaffed and underworked surely.

The manager of this place should not be the manager. My son had one interview and she wasn't even there. Scheduled a second interview she was there but told him she was to busy to do the interview. So, I went in with him and then she told him they were fully staffed. Undeliverable!!
I have come here a few times, everytime I interact with the manager lady, tall Latina, glasses, hair in a bun… she is rude, not helpful, and has zero customer service.-she wouldn’t take my order or my friends, just pointed to the order screen, didn’t even say hi. But took the order of the gentleman behind us?-didn’t tell us she put our donuts at the end of the counter so we were standing around for a bit just waiting. When we asked about our order she just points. We asked if our coffee was done she gave us an attitude and said no.She shouldn’t be a manager with the lack of care for people spending money in her store. This isn’t my first bad experience with her specifically.

Don't think I've ever been through here without them forgetting at least one thing while moving glacially slow. The drive thru line backs up so far it blocks the whole parking lot because they have no idea what they're doing.

The morning crew was very nice though. at night the staff is very slow and rude especially that one girl thats always there. shes always the one to mess up my drink. 0 stars!!!!?????????

The first and the recent experience we have at this store is not worth a single star... You cannot leave the store WITHOUT having to check that you got everything you bought in the bag... Today they messed up our order (again for the 7th time). One of our orders was wrong so I brought it to the attention of the person behind the counter. They said that they will fix it, so I thought... I should've known better and check the bag again before leaving the store to be sure that it is correct this time. Sure enough the sausage egg croissant sandwich we ordered is MISSING the sausage. This is by far the worst and the most incompetent customer service crew I've ever experienced. How difficult it is to read the invoice and double check everything is correct & right before handing it over to your customer? Not to mention I've just spend over $45 at this store today. This is for sure will be last I will be doing business at this Dunkin location.
