Baskin-Robbins

I have never come to a baskin and them not have bananas for a split. This is the third time for this. I won't ever come back since they can't keep there store with products for the customers. This place is a joke

TERRIBLE!!! We ordered three ice creams on door dash with cones. We only got two and the cones weren’t even there.

THIS LOCATION!!! They should not offer cake ordering if they are not able to fulfill orders! I placed an order online to pick up a Mario ice cream cake today and upon arriving they did not have my order. The staff there nor the manager cared that they did not have my order. They did not apologize and were extremely rude! The only person there who tried to make the situation a bit better was a gentleman by the name of Anam who tried to do his best, he was the only one who understood and was polite. The rest of the staff laughed at the situation one girl even said you should have gone to jewel instead!! Her name was Caroline I believe, well Caroline if I had wanted a cake from jewel I would have ordered from them! That is no way of treating customers or a way of representing the business! There was no manager on duty and when she called the manager she did not care either. Their excuse was that it was the cake lady’s fault and that they are not responsible. Honestly save your money and time and order cakes from a different place. Will never again go to this location or order anything from them! The staff is horrible and rude!

DO NOT ORDER CAKES HERE! Placed an online order for a cake and received confirmation that the cake would be ready for pick up at set date/time. Upon pick up, the employee said there was no cake available. He then said the person who makes the cakes is separate from them and that she had not been in and that was probably why they didn’t receive an order. Made no sense why I received confirmation and was charged for it. All he said was “sorry” and didn’t offer alternatives to help the situation nor a refund.

Never order a cake. The paper was correct and the service was terrible. The name on the caje was misspelled but the paper was correct. I said a half sheet and got a lot smaller. The paper said half sheet. I said I had to pay for the cake even though she was going to let me walk right out! The 3 young kids in there obviously didn't care about my kids bday cake. I will never go back thanks for absolutely nothing. Always a disappointment at Dunkin.

Terrible experience! We literally waited close to 10 minutes to place an order for ice cream inside. I never would've tolerated waiting that long if we weren't with guests. The ind lady that I assume manages or owns it was standing behind the counter looking at her phone, Not helping customers.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION ZERO I WOULD, WHY TF ARE YOU EVEN GOING TO BOTHER BEING OPEN AND NOT SERVE ICE CREAM ANYMORE? Just drop the ice cream altogether and just be a damn dunkin. Such a useless waste of space being on the corner on prime real estate just to be a basic run of the mill dunkin donuts.

Went through drive up this afternoon to order a two scoop banana royale. The guy said they only banana split and I could order a two scoop and add the banana. I said okay…let’s do that. I ordered the most basic flavor vanilla and he said they were all out. At this point I left and went to Oberweis. Imagine my surprise when I googled Baskin Robbin’s menu and there was the banana royale he said they no longer had. Yikes! Not going back there.

Usually fine, but they close like half an hour before they say they close

they said on everything they where open but the doors weren't open

I will not buy in this place again and I do not recommend it, I bought 3 cans of ice cream so far, everything was fine, when I got home and opened one of the cans it had already started, it was missing 1/4 of the ice cream in the can, I immediately returned to the place to have it changed or my money returned to me, neither of the 2 things they did, it is not fair to me, I did not want the money, they simply changed it, that is the reason why I do not return to this place

Many flavors to choose from and prices are reasonable.

Bad service didn’t get to order. An older latina lady in charge had horrible attitude and cannot train others to help her. Lady is rude bad for business.

Absolutely rude and horrible to our door dasher, as well as to us when handed the phone to configure the substitutes or cancelling. Either actually out of everything or too lazy to get anything out for the order. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone
