Went through drive up this afternoon to order a two scoop banana royale. The guy said they only banana split and I could order a two scoop and add the banana. I said okay…let’s do that. I ordered the most basic flavor vanilla and he said they were all out. At this point I left and went to Oberweis. Imagine my surprise when I googled Baskin Robbin’s menu and there was the banana royale he said they no longer had. Yikes! Not going back there.

I wish I could give zero stars - this place is AWFUL. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband one month ago. Came in tonight to pick it up and they not only hadn't made it, but they claimed to not have the order. Believe all of the other reviews that experienced the same bad service - STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

I will not buy in this place again and I do not recommend it, I bought 3 cans of ice cream so far, everything was fine, when I got home and opened one of the cans it had already started, it was missing 1/4 of the ice cream in the can, I immediately returned to the place to have it changed or my money returned to me, neither of the 2 things they did, it is not fair to me, I did not want the money, they simply changed it, that is the reason why I do not return to this place

Today is my birthday and I really wanted to have ice cream from Baskin Robbins. My girlfriend and I had never been to this location before and were extremely impressed with how clean and well maintained the store was. The gentleman that helped us was really friendly and had no problem giving out samples to try. While chatting with him we got a pint of ice cream and 4 single scoops and found out he was the owner. My gf originally wanted to recreate a family tradition of mine with a chocolate chip ice cream cake that is a staple memory of my childhood. After she called several locations and no one knew what she was talking about, we noticed he had cut cartons of ice cream on the counter, similar to what she was looking for. The owner told us he DOES make them and said they were called Fudge Rolls. Simply pick whatever ice cream that you want and they will cover the entire ice cream cake with fudge and nuts if you want them. Since we already got the ice cream, he gave me a free scoop for my birthday along with the hot fudge and nuts. It was amazing with no freezer burn. Can't say enough great things about him and his generosity. We will definitely be back for the Fudge roll....definitely before my next birthday.

Bad service didn’t get to order. An older latina lady in charge had horrible attitude and cannot train others to help her. Lady is rude bad for business.

Overpriced we literally went and got 3 Small shakes it was $30 mins you for small shakes everything is overpriced there wouldn't recommend
Absolutely rude and horrible to our door dasher, as well as to us when handed the phone to configure the substitutes or cancelling. Either actually out of everything or too lazy to get anything out for the order. 0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone

I used to work at Baskin-Robbins in Oakbrook Terrace. The customer service at this location is absolutely over-the-top amazing however they never have any of the choices that I want or any of the stuff that they advertise. They never have your mocha ice cream and they never have anything that I want to ask for I don’t understand is a manager not properly ordering the products? This place will go down only because supply and demand is not meeting the customer service needs

My standards are never really high with fast food but this Dunkin location has to be the worst. I think it might be a competitive game they play, see who can screw up the customers orders the most. Or maybe they just have a colorblind person picking out the donuts. Don't get me started on how rude some of the younger girls are that work there.

My daughter loves the creature creation ice cream!! This location is a store with a Dunkin Donuts and there was a problem with our drink order but the lady fixed it for us. We're happy!

The last 3 times I came here, they didn’t have all the ingredients to serve my son and I ice cream.The first two times there was no vanilla ice cream. (You are Baskin Robbins by the way in case you forgot) I went at random times of the day.Today they didn’t have bananas as of 3PM.WHO IS DOING INVENTORY THAT THIS IS THIS CONSISTENT OF A PROBLEM FOR YOU? How do you “not have” bananas at 3PM!?!Never seen a place so comfortable not being able to provide a customer what they came in to pay for. They got offended when I said we never get what we come in here for. Like that should be what I expect.Well now it is!Needless to say, I won’t waste my time coming here anymore. This location isn’t able to provide what they are advertising. If you decide to go, don’t expect to get what you want, and for crying out loud, bring them some bananas.
