Very good custard and shakes. Fries, way too thin. Burgers, too thin too. Drive thru service is very slow.

The burgers were typical smash burgers with typical toppings. Nothing special there. The best part of the burgers is that they were made fresh. The onion rings were phenomenal! They were crunchy and freshly made to order as well. Very flavorful. Cheese curds were also made to order and was delicious. Warm, crunchy, and chewy just like a good fried cheese curd should be. Diet Pepsi and diet Dr Pepper on tap is a plus. Saw they had unsweetened and sweet tea. Not bad for a quick lunch and love supporting veteran own business. I

Really upset I went to the drive thru downloaded their app to get a free burger and ordered a chicken burger and a hot dog.. I was in line for over 20 minutes and it seemed like the line wouldn’t move. Super slow service.. a heads up would have been nice I ended up pulling out of line and doubt I’ll ever be coming back here again after having to wait 20 minutes and not even see the line move and not even given a notice like hey were experiencing a long wait is that ok? Nothing horrible service don’t waste your time going here smhhh

The spicy chicken sandwich was cooked crispy how I liked it. The French Fry sauce was tasty. I didn't like how the fries were cut into shoestrings and the custard was ok.

First time visiting Freddy's recently and took the family to dine-in for dinner. Right off the bat, I noticed immediately that the floors and tables were dirty. Random debris and stains cluttered the floor, and grease marks and food residue coated the tables. Waited in line, then put in our orders and went and grabbed a booth for the 6 of us. Had to wipe down our own table and seats with sanitary wipes we brought, then took a walk to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was also pretty filthy.

Came back to the booth, and our orders were ready to get picked up after a short wait. Their service is actually pretty good. The workers were astute and helpful. The food was good. We had a few of the #1 double patty combo meals with fries and tater tots, a patty melt, spicy chicken sandwich, a lettuce wrap bun substitute burger and a few types of ice cream or "concrete". At around 12 bucks, you can't beat a decent sized smash burger, shoestring fries, and a fountain drink. Overall, it was a pretty decent dining experience with the exception of the unclean surface areas. Will probably visit again, but maybe just a quick drive-thru run. Cheers!

Dietary restrictions: They have a lettuce wrap substitute as a keto or gluten-free option. Probably not Kosher or Halal. They have a notice right by the register in regards to allergens.

Parking: Decent sized parking lot with several spots. Went during their dinner rush and easily found parking.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu and booster seats for the little ones.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is no automatic door function, but the doors appear wide enough to accommodate an assisted mobility device. Their bathrooms are handicapped accessible. Tables accommodate mobility devices. Just have to shuffle a chair or 2 around.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to in a long time.
Food all over the floors, even in the bathroom. None of the tables or floors had been cleaned in what looks like days. The workers were eating food while cooking and handling food with no gloves on. Gross

Only had a vanilla/chocolate cone. One car ahead of me in the drive-thru. Waited at least five minutes until she got her order and drove away. In the meantime, my ice cream is melting. Every other fast foo restaurant has cars pull forward, and a runner brings out the order. Frustrating.

We just moved here from MD and it was our first time at Freddy’s. Our experience started off great; we enjoyed the burger and chicken sandwich. We then ordered a frozen custard sundae and a concrete. We are seniors; hard of hearing and it is loud inside with music playing and the gentleman making the ice creams was not using the microphone to call numbers when ready. We saw several sitting on counter and approached to inquire about ours. The gentleman said well what did you order; can’t you see this is them? We couldn’t because they were both sundaes and no concrete. The guy argued it was a concrete but it was custard in cup with a topping. We were charged for a sundae and concrete but that is not what we got. I watched and all the other concretes were blended in a different cup. The guy was really rude to us!
