First, I asked if I could get a bag and the guy arrogantly said, there there you can bag it(the bags were behind the counter. He was such a jerk.Second, I got my sandwich home and the bottom os rock hard and I had to eat the sandwich open faced.He obviously doesn't care but, he lost a customer.

The employee... Probably the manager... The slick hair & bandana... Don Juan... To tell me that to use the restroom... It's for paying customers only. I asked for his name... With his snarky attitude asked for mine. I'm sure it's not Don. Regardlessly. I asked for his position to the establishment... He told me he's a register clerk. Eitherway... I tried to explain to him that the law in IL... There's no policy that a paying customer must buy something to use the restroom. And he looked away to help the next customer. That was the trigger & with him acting out I will contact my attorney & follow suit!! Just the attitude is uncalled for & he shouldn't be the face of Jimmy John's!! This will be very costly for the company to hiring uneducated ppl like him!! And why the hell do I want to buy my food & take it into the restroom?? To set my food in a filthy restroom?? There's something to think about... But eitherway... This will be resolved & have this 'ONLY FOR PAYING CUSTOMER' policy removed!! #RestroomAccessAct #Section107 #AllysLaw
This lettuce is very old its white and brown. I also didn't get the bacon I ordered on it. So $20 for roast beef and bread.

Worst place! Took 1.5 hrs on delivery. Called was on hold for over 10minutes with some poor excuse on driver issues. This location in general is never reliable, but if I want delivery I have to wait on them. The could have at least given a free cookie or something. If your short staffed don't take orders. I'd give it a zero start.

Poor poor customer service. Attitude was off when trying to get a situation resolved. Avoid this location at all costs.
You will be lucky if you get any meat or service from this location or corporation in general.
I called to check on my order and spoke to a guy who claims to be the manager , JAVI! He told me my order was out for delivery and couldn’t tell me an ETA and just hung up on me without asking for my name or anything then when I called back again he said thanks for holding and my order is out for delivery and called back again and spoke to another “manager” who confirmed my order wasn’t even out for delivery so they’re just at that location lying yo customers ! Unbeliable ! Will not be ordering from this location ever again !!!

I am so disappointed that no one from this store returned my message regarding an extremely late delivery. I order lunch from this location online frequently and have never waited an hour for delivery before. I am astonished that the store didn't even bother to contact me and let me know that it would be late. I could have picked up my lunch on time and not missed my whole lunch hour waiting for delivery. I won't be ordering from here again.
I can't describe how awesome this new place is in Glendale Heights is! great new drinks that are not normally offered in our town plus 4 dollar shots, you rock Jimmy!
Excellent customer service. Were super friendly when I went in. Had a mix up and got the wrong sandwich, no big deal it happens. Called them and they apologized, offered me a credit or a new sandwich. When I went to grab the new sandwich they were awesome and made sure everything was good. Will definitely return!
Online shows they are open till 6 so I called to place an order and they didnt answer the first time. ( figured they may be busy) so I called back and no answer I tried one last time and a man answered by saying, "why are you blowing up our phone? we are obviously closed." To then I responded, I'm sorry I didn't know, online shows till 6pm and he said obviously not but he was so so so so rude. I told him there was no reason to talk that way and he did not have any respect and didnt care how he was talking or what he had to say. I was more shocked and asked if he was the manager there (God I hope not..) and then he hung up on me. Wow. Great customer service.. for businesses saying how hard it is now a days with covid, doesn't seem like they really even care. I'll take my business else where. I am in food industry and would just answer and say sorry we closed early today end of story. I guess they decided to close at 230 maybe for new years but dont have to raise your voice when I tried being respectful and apologized for calling while your closed. Disgusting and down right rude. I go there daily for lunch bc I work over in that plaza but definitely not going back again bc that was so uncalled for. Good luck
