You can tell this place was very popular in its heyday. Definitely appeals to an older crowd. A little musty. The drinks are VERY strong. I wouldn’t come back for the food. Nothing super wow, and it’s not vegetarian friendly. I think several of the owners were sitting at the tables drinking all night. Just an odd thing to see. Like who cares, but just different. Not sure I’d come back for the drinks either. They were very strong but didn’t have much flavor to overcome...
Went for the brunch. I was disappointed with the shortcomings of breakfast food, not even breakfast potatoes! The service was fantastic. Im not writing them off but Im not in a hurry to come back.
Everything went smoothly during my visit. The café was clean, well-arranged, and not too busy. I liked the overall vibe — casual and welcoming, with no pressure to leave quickly.
