I wanted to give 0 stars but it won't allow it. Terrible old chicken. Cash registers were out of service so employees had to use personal phones. Unbelievable. Not enough chicken ready for customers. Plain horrible. Will never return here and I dont recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

So they have a special 9 piece Family meal for 20$ I thought sign said 8 piece. So I ordered with an extra side the Worker said thats $38.42. How and the Special says $20... he says oh thats the 9 piece. So for 10 dollars cheaper and an extra piece of chicken....
Duh well give me the 9 piece for $20... also the Red beans and rice tasted vinegary tangy they definitely were spoiled.
I will never go there again. Clearly they just want my hard earned money and dont care if the food is spoiled. Order at your own risk!

If i could give this place zero stars, i would. Ordered through uber eats at 1am & didn’t receive my food until 3:10am! Called to see what was going on and the lady at the store just told me they were busy. She continued to argue with me that my food has been ready and i told her my driver was in the line since 1:20am (it was about 2:10am when i was on the phone) & i asked her “okay so now im gonna receive COLD food?” she continued to argue that isn’t her fault, but it’s literally their job. I’m pregnant and needed this food, i was going to cancel. She was so rude and then made my driver get out of line so they can remake my food which still arrived cold! This was my first and LAST time ever going to this location. Thank god uber eats refunded me my money but they seriously need to get their shit together.

I came here at 3am and they fried my chicken. In fish grease , gave me melted frozen lemonades , the macaroni was old as well as the fries everything was terrible the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked

I ordered the surf and turf box for 5.99 the same one advertised online and all over the store’s window, the lady taking my order repeated it to me SURF AND TURF BOX I checked the bag it was only 8 shrimp I checked my receipt she charged me for 8 shrimp I told her I wanted the surf and turf like on the menu and the picture on the window she then tells me that it’s 10+ dollars and they don’t offer a 5.99 deal lol smh WHY not tell me you don’t have the deal before charging me for only one of the items you know I’m expecting
