To eat once a month, I really like this chicken.

Worse food ever I think I got food poisoning. Ask for 4 piece wings got legs & breast was not cooked all the way. Fries were hard and terrible. Will never go back. A waste of 17 bucks

2 for $8 only on app or website. Couldn’t log in gave error message. The girls behind the counter said they couldn’t help. Asked if my friend could buy 4 because we wanted 2 each and one girl said yes. A couple minutes later was told no it’s only one per person- so she lied. Very bad service- district manager should place a visit. Bad location. Zero stars. Left and won’t be back.

Been here 3 times and all 3 times something is off . It might be the seasoning ? Or it might be the chicken ? . This is the last time I’ll ever get chicken here .

Very subpar Popeyes location...super greasy and soggy chicken - plus the dining area seemed rundown, and of course everything was very expensive (but that's the chain, not the fault of this location)

Fries way way too cold
Idk when this original post went up but today 1/4/25, I purchased from the Glendale Heights location, the 1/4 popcorn shrimp basket and again was given cold FRIES AFTER having to wait for the shrimp to be cook! Why not a hot meal as a whole.

Every time is extremely hard to understand. The workers and some times they mess up your order and always forget to add you sauce always always

man idek what happened but this place used to have good chicken but now they’ve been sending dry as hell thighs and nearly inedible chicken breasts. Save your money.

Trash.. came in around 430 am, ordered dark meat, they gave me mixed. Was cold n old as well

Asked for 50/50 spicy and regular 8 piece combo and they only gave us regular. Food tasted stale.

Have gone to this location many times and have always had a great experience with great service and food but not today! The girl taking the orders was extremely hard to understand. Sat down to eat. The chicken was very dry, fries cold, lots of talking but not in English, laughing, and goofing around in the kitchen. Didn’t see the owner in the restaurant like in the past.. Wont be going there again. What has happened to America??

I order from this place for delivery and the sent me old stale dried up chicken!!!!! Never again!!!!!

The side orders are 4.50 and you get literally 2 spoonfuls of mash potatoes. Never again will I order from here
