I came with my family once again yesterday, we live 45 minutes away, the food is good that's why we came back, the quesabirrias and the tacos de canasta are good, but yesterday's experience was not all that good, we all ordered coconut water but I decided to have strawberry, which I did not like at first sip, it tasted like lipstick, another waitress came to bring me the food, I forgot her name but I think it starts with the letter A, Hispanic name, I told her that the drink did not have a good flavor and if she would change it for a coconut one and she told me that she could not change it, that no one until now had complained about the flavor and that if I wanted another one I had to pay for it, an unfriendly way to serve a customer, I know about customer service because I have been working for restaurants for years and that was not the way to solve my request, my waitress named Fernanda came later and asked if everything was okay, I explained the same thing to her and she agreed to change my water. A little forced, it doesn't matter if I pay more than $120 a bill, but at least we need better service. Even so, I paid everything and left tips.

By far the most insulting experience in customer service. I had not seen the reviews until I came on here to write my own and it seems like I am not alone. You would think they would start to get the hint. We placed an order online for pick up, but then decided to sit down and eat at the restaurant in order to have the full experience and be able to order more food (which you would think would help their business). We called to ask if it was okay to do that, and the lady who answered said yes and sounded pretty nice. So we show up to the restaurant. It was just my husband and I, and we were pretty courteous and thanked them for changing our order to dine in. The woman who was there looked like she was annoyed from the beginning. We sit down and they start to bring our food. The woman comes and brings only part of our order, and made it a point to inform me that my condiments are being served in a plastic container since we changed our order after they had bagged it. I told her it was not problem, and I feel like my husband and I were kind and pleasant to everyone there. I then notice two errors with the first one being that we got charged $3 for tacos, when it was a Wednesday and they had the $1 taco sale. This is not our first time coming here. The second issue was that my drink did not come out. So I got up to inform the lady about these two things. Before I could finish, she interrupted me and said that they did not have the drink that I had ordered. So apparently she was just simply not going to give me an item that I paid for, not inform me that they were out? I asked her what other drinks they had and took one of the ones they had. As far as the charges for the tacos, she again interrupted me to say their online system charges the full price for tacos and is not updated yet for the sale so there was nothing she could do and I could take it up with the manager. Taken aback by her rudeness I asked if she could refund the money and just place the order again, or if she could find a way to help. She refused and again interrupted me saying that was something only the manager could do. I asked her for the manager's information and the woman actually had the audacity to walk away as I was asking her. At this point my husband got involved and asked what was going on. I told him what happened and he asked one of the other waitresses for the manager's information. I also asked for extra limes since the 2 they gave me had no juice. The second waitress was kind and said she would get the limes, and ask about the manager's info. It looked like she was new. Next thing you know I hear the other woman loudly tell me from behind the counter that she was going to charge for the limes because my order was already complete and paid for. We again asked for her to come to our table and I told her to get me her manager's number. She said she could not give me the number. I said yes she could and she ended up getting someone from the next door restaurant to come over to talk to me. I explained the situation but I don't even think that was the actual manager, nor anyone who cared to do anything about the situation. I do not know what happened with this woman but it was as if she made it her mission to be as disrespectful as possible and I know that I was more patient than a customer should ever be. I will see it that every social media platform and review site sees this. And I will tell everyone that I know.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I do not know how this place gets these decent reviews. They must ask people to do so, because their service sucks!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and rude!! I called to place an order and instead of saying they couldn't understand me or say they didn't speak English they continued to hang up the phone on me over and over again. I will never return here and be careful if you don't speak their language as they will be rude to you and NOT care to offer you any kind of decent customer service.
Terrific family owned authentic Mexican restaurant. Cabeza tacos were so delicious. Fast kind service also.
Honestly best authentic Mexican food. This is not the typical taco joint. Here you’ll find pozole that tastes like my grandma made it and their dishes are very well portioned. We had the quesadillas and Gorditas and yup , tasted like back home. So happy to found a spot like this close to home .
Came here for the pozole and quesabirria, and left very full and contented. The food was a total comfort like a good home cooked meal would deliver. Ordered the pozole verde that came with generous amounts of pork and hominy corn that has undergone the proper nixtamalization process where the corn splits. No canned stuff for sure. The quesabirria was very good. Meat was tender and the consommé had good body. Rich decadent flavor with every bite. Best of all, prices was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
The pozole blanco was simple, homey, and generously served with all the fixings.

Pozole was great. Many Mexican places are good around here but everything I ordered here was on another level. Try the coconut agua fresca! My go to spot from now on.
