Last visit was 4 years ago. Pre-pandemic I guess that's why I forgot this place. But dayum, why would anyone go to Starbucks? This place is awesome. The coffee is crazy good and the croissant came in a warm plate. Hello? Who does that? The staff is so friendly I love them ?. Nothing like having coffee and a quick bite inside this historical building. You guys made this cold afternoon so much better.
I ordered in a breakfast wrap, a brownie and a chipotle chicken panini.They arrived with all these notes and good wishes. Very lovely!And they were delicious! Come in good portions too, loved the sauce in the breakfast wrap. The only thing I feel like could have been better is the seasoning for spinach( I believe it was) in the wrap.

Been visiting covernotes for nearly a decade now, and always have a good experience. The charm, beverages, and combination coffee shop and bookstore is a unique concept but should be a no-brainer. Happy to have this in Richmond Hill. Drinks are average priced but are hand crafted with quality, which means they take a bit longer than average to be ready for pickup.
