“Went there with friends, the location is great from access and parking point of view, but the best part started when we arrived in the cafe, greeted with a genuine smile and the hostess (Ms. G) showed our table, explained us the process there and several games, very kindly and patiently, then she helped us to set up our game, we ordered some hot drinks and all were perfect. One thing happened that night and there was a fire alarm from a neighbouring restaurant, our hostess helped us to navigate through that moment and understand the situation. She is very friendly, professional and organized. I really enjoyed our time at that cafe and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some time with friends or family.

“I tried the food here for the first time, the pesto chicken sandwich along with an iced chai latte which were both quite good. Although the cafe isn’t cheap, it makes up for it in the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. Very nice outdoor patio and indoor seating area is spacious. Good vibes“

“This place is amazing and definitely recommend anyone to come here for hookah. Look out for Nima and Anwar who are great workers. They take care of the the hookah service and change the coals very often. The food and the arabic mint tea is amazing. The premium hookah and flavours are hands down the best. My flavour is mango watermelon and the best and last long. Ill be coming here often“

“The cutest place for a coffee or sweet treats and savoury pastries. Their staff are so kind and make the place truly feel like a home. Their lunch foods are also amazing quality, I’ve never had a bad bite. Additionally, they kept my AirPods with them when I lost them (they didn’t even have the case) and kept them both individually safe and were so happy to give them back. Truly the best cafe in Richmond hill. Love love love!“

“I visited this place twice with family. At lunch and dinner time, both on Saturday. It was very busy at dinner time with line-up.

Their menu are the same throughtout the day. Food is fresh and yummy. I really like their soup udon. The udon texture is al-dente in hot and tasty broth.

Haven't tried their freshly made souffle and coffee yet. Will try them when coming with my girlfriends.“

“I had a great experience at Machi Machi! The drinks were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. I ordered 5 drinks and I tried the Fresh Fruit Jasmine Green Tea, and it was one of the best I’ve had.

The staff was very kind and honest. She was working alone and let me know that it might take a little time, which I really appreciated. Even though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it for the quality and care she put into the drinks.
