“I went to SUFICUP Cafe and it was such a calm and cozy place with a high-quality Persian/Turkish-style breakfast. The tea and fresh orange juice were both delicious, and they bake fresh bread that is served warm with the breakfast.

They also kindly refill the Earl Grey tea, and I really appreciated that the hot tea was served in clear glass cups and teapots. In my opinion, that is a big plus. I have visited several coffee shops where smoothies or juices are served in clear plastic cups, which I personally do not like, but here everything was served properly and beautifully.

All of the staff, including the owner, were kind and welcoming. They treated customers with genuine smiles and respect in the way they spoke and interacted.

After several years, I finally found a spot where there isn’t loud music playing, and where the people working there truly seem to love their job and care about customers rather than just trying to charge more.

In my opinion, a coffee shop should be a place where people can relax, release work pressure, and enjoy quality time with friends or family ; and this place 100% meets those expectations. I will come back, Inshallah.“

“They have great food there but don’t go there hungry. You will be waiting forever for your food. We had many instances where we waited way too long for our food that we just decided not to go back. We stayed away for awhile and thought to give it another try tonight. Not only did we wait forever for our food, others got seated & served before us. I waived the manager down and she gives the excuse of the waffle maker being broken then the waitress says it was because they got our slips mixed up. They gave me antra salad to make up for it and my kid got sprinkles on his waffles. No discount on the bill. I loved going to this place but we will not be visiting Symposium again“

“We had food catered for a drop in birthday party including great appetizers like sausage rolls & bruschetta made in-house, and elaborate charcuterie boards. It was all packed perfectly and on time for pick up the day of the party. The bread was still warm! We had 3 different cakes and all were awesome, especially the carrot cake. Ashley was very easy to work with and helped us create the quality casual atmosphere we wanted and menu we needed. We were able to enjoy our guests without fussing over food and felt are guests were getting special treatment. Definitely would recommend!“

“Went there with friends, the location is great from access and parking point of view, but the best part started when we arrived in the cafe, greeted with a genuine smile and the hostess (Ms. G) showed our table, explained us the process there and several games, very kindly and patiently, then she helped us to set up our game, we ordered some hot drinks and all were perfect. One thing happened that night and there was a fire alarm from a neighbouring restaurant, our hostess helped us to navigate through that moment and understand the situation. She is very friendly, professional and organized. I really enjoyed our time at that cafe and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some time with friends or family.

“We live about 2 1/2 hrs north of Toronto. We always go to these downtown places to get the best baklava or souvlaki. Not anymore. The little baklava are drenched in that lovely honey syrup..they're outstanding..staff was so extremely nice and laid back but efficient. I would highly recommend this and their building on their side sells AMAZING souvlaki on a pita...2 full sticks of nicely grilled chicken. This was a treasure to find! Sadly the souvlaki place had tables outside only...that was the only drawback.“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“If you want the best souffle pancakes in the GTA, this is the place. And I'm pretty sure I've been to all of them cus I'm obsessed with them. Their souffle pancakes are soft, light and fluffy. Add in the different flavours offered, it's extremely delicious. This is my go-to spot for whenever I crave them.“

The actual coffee was nothing special, which was disappointing, but we loved the matcha and looking around at the decorations and books in the shop.
