“love the coffee, love the lattes love their seasonal menus, great service. only downsides are the limited seating i think they have like 25-30 seats or 10~ tables available(dont quote me on this). plus the limited parking available unless youre not fat n lazy like me, then the parking is pretty fine.“

“I go to many cafes to find needle in a haystack moments. I would say this coffee (Large-fat cat; 1 milk & 1 sugar) definitely top 2 coffees so far this year. I showed up after lunch so I didn't get to try the chocolate chip cookie but I shall return. They also have a menu for breakfast& food. Great quaint location, with outside seating (I didn't see any real cats though)

“Best matcha powder can be found here. It’s very high quality, in my opinion. It doesn’t taste bitter at all, and the color is a nice green—not too bright (edited) or dark green like horse poop.

The best part is the price: just $26 for 40g. However, a big pouch of 100g is $65. This means they are the same gram to
dollar ratio, or $1 buys you 1.54g. Therefore, always buy the small matcha pouch.“

“We ate here twice for lunch during a stay in Markham. The specials were excellent. Family run by a husband and wife who care about doing a great job. It's small and patrons aren't particularly good at cleaning up after themselves. Ignore it and enjoy the pleasant vibes and the good food.“

“Never disappointed, no matter what drink I try here I am thoroughly satisfied. The white chocolate matcha is a favorite of my daughters and the white chocolate iced coffee and the Spanish latte are favorites of mine. The cookies and pastries are very good as well, if you can get your hands on them, they never last long!“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“I’ve visited 5 star rated coffee shops in N America, Europe and Asia but have only been advised by the barista here on which beans to choose for oat milk. She’s knowledgeable about different varieties of coffee and happy to share knowledge.

“Ordered a Hong Kong French toast. It was made to order. The wait wasn't too bad. Less than 15 mins. Tasted hot and fresh. Topped with butter and included a side cup of syrup. It came with an HK milk tea. Milk tea was top tier. Very hot, but I liked it! I could tell the tea wasn't old pre-made tea thats sitting aside, unlike some places. Combo total was around $12. Ate the food right away in the food court. I would return again!“

“Two things will tell you if you’re at a good location.1. Exceptional staff and baristas who don’t miss a beat, and 2. The quality and taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. And this location won me at that.I’m a bit particular about the taste of Nitro, and if its pulled wrong or the ratio of water that is mixed in is wrong, it can throw the flavour off. If the tanks and lines aren’t cleaned properly you can get a bitter or strange tasting beverage. There are a lot of moving parts in making sure the cold brew is up to par, and is usually a good indicator as to how much care the staff takes in preparing the cold brew (and likely everything else). That litmus test is what I personally use to know if I want to keep going to a location or not, and I never have issues here.Also special shout-out to JC who knew exactly what I wanted from my Nitro beverage. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work. Cheers!“

“My girlies and I randomly discovered this place after our spa visit near the region. And it didn’t disappoint. From aesthetic to food, waffles to coffee..everything was so good. Their cloud dessert and spicy noddles were absolutely delish. The pairing of cake with oolong…yum!“

“come here when i crave hk cafe food, i love their iced lemon tea for a dollar extra when you order with them, combo i think? i always order the signature baked chicken on rice with tomato sauce, which a drink comes with it but hot. the portion is good, usually feeds me twice for 14.50. plus the drink is iced so 15.5. great value for what you get!

“The meals aren't dirt cheap like some other cha chaan tengs, but the portions are large and the quality is there. Their sizzling plates are around the $30 mark now but they will easily feed two people. They're not skimping on protein. The drinks are solid as well. They're strong, not sad and watery. I've been ordering from here for years. Still one of my fav places for baked rice.“
