Located inside the LA fitness at Woodbine and Hwy 7, Markham. This smoothie bar serves a range of smoothies, juices to even wraps and sandwiches. My favourite smoothies are the Funky Monkey (soy, banana and peanut butter) and the SuperGreen (spinach, blueberries, spirulna and more). I love how you're able to customize a lot of their drinks as well! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. 10/10
