“I love coming here when I'm at Pacific Mall. The workers are nice and the service is pretty fast compared to other food/drink places in the mall I've been to. I've only ever gotten the salted coffee- really good by the way- so maybe it's just a fast drink to make, but I'm sure to try their other drinks the next times I'm at the mall!!“

If you want any pictures printed onto drinks then this is the place to go! The colour comes out so vibrantly! The Sakura flavoured bubble tea with rich and creamy foam on top was a stand out!

We absolutely loved the Lychee infused Swiss roll cake with fresh strawberries and edible flowers ❤. It's nothing like we had before! It's so fluffy and moist.

They also had whimsical 3D foam latte art and many flavours of cookies and mochi! If you want custom cakes, I highly recommend ordering with Sugar Rain Cafe.

Right inside Markville Mall, it’s easy to find near the main entrances. The store is bright, clean, and modern. Plenty of seating even on weekends, with a mix of tables for solo laptop time and bigger spots if you’re with friends or family. The mall background noise fades once you’re inside with your drink. It feels calm despite being in a busy mall.

*Service*
The staff here are consistently friendly and fast. During peak hours it can get busy, but the line moves quickly and the baristas remember regular orders. Mobile order pickup is smooth too, which is great when you’re rushing between stores. They’re always polite and they’ll remake a drink if it’s not right.

*Drinks + Food*
This is Starbucks, so the classics are always on point. My go-to is an Iced Vanilla Latte and it’s perfect every time – not too sweet, strong coffee flavor.
