“The young lady behind the counter was friendly and informative. After she explained the menu, we ordered the iced peach oolong latte with taro balls and the kumquat lime green tea. The drinks are made with fresh fruit and were absolutely delicious. The taro balls were very tasty and had a nice texture. Super fresh drinks with friendly service. Will definitely be returning soon!!!“

“I have eaten egg waffles many times, but this is the first time I have eaten egg waffles that look like pearl milk tea. I want to say it tastes great and the shape is QQ. Add a cup of grass jelly custard to go with it. It is really a win-win ? ?????“

“Just an unassuming bubble tea place on the far east aisle in the mall helmed by the most charming grade 7 student that serves literally the best sparkling passion fruit aloe tea I have ever had! Truly highly recommended and striking up and engaging conversation with this young man! Definitely will be back next time for another one of these! Everybody else loved their drinks as well including the Japanese burnt coffee and taro malteaser shake! Highly recommended!“

“This is such a fun and convenient spot for bubble tea. They have locations upstairs in Markville (and Eaton Centre). The drinks are so colourful and several are caffeine free so kids would love them. They have other merch items too as they are a lifestyle boba brand but mainly I just get the drinks. Very photo worthy and red velvet cake and oreo are going to be the treat you want.“

“The drinks were good. The staff were friendly. The washroom was very clean, and the ambiance was nice with bright colors. The drinks were a little expensive. The Ovaltine crunch milk tea I tried had no crunch at all. But it was tasty and the cups are reusable. They took a little longer to make our drink because at first there was only one person ordering and making the drinks. They had daily specials and the good thing was they even had one on a Saturday.

“The interior is really cute and spacious, with seating to study. There are drinks and small desserts available, with daily specials. We got the lychee drink which comes with a topping. It was tasty but really sweet so we would recommend less sugar with it. We would come back and try the other drinks.“

“i've been to the location downtown before, but this was my first time trying the markville spot. the honey osmanthus oolong tea (+ tapioca) was quite tasty. you can easily tell the tea base is of higher quality than your run-of-the-mill bbt shop, and the sweetness did not overpower the strength of the tea flavour - making it a good choice for real tea lovers like myself. the only downfall to this place, really, is the price point. although the drink was a solid 8/10, i do not think it was worth a whole $10, especially considering the fact that the size was on the smaller side. it is worth noting that although i have never tried it at this location, i had the taro king with green tea at the downtown location and it was DELICIOUS. a much heavier drink, but also even MORE expensive than the fruit tea offerings.“

“It caught my attention as the world’s first anime sushi art store, but I found it a bit gimmicky ?

My friend ordered the Attack on Titan-inspired sushi platter, and I didn’t see much anime relevance in it.

The pressed sushi has more rice than typical sushi, which might not be for everyone. Anyways the food was okay and offered some value. I’d consider ordering again if they still have the Uber Eats BOGO promo.“

“Kung Fu tea is now my go to bubble tea spot. No matter what location I go to it's consistent. I love their agar bubble as sometimes I'm not in the mood for tapioca. At this location you're able to get 10% of you bring your student id or pay in cash which is an extra bonus!
One thing to note, the store is pretty small so when it gets busy it can get very cramped. There's no seating (with tables) and the seating they do have is a small bench to the side.

Parking: Always am able to find parking. The lot is pretty big and never that busy.“

“*Reviewing as a picky bubble tea drinker*

Tried the watermelon slush that was recommended by another review and can confirm it is freshly blended, refreshing and delicious. Unexpectedly, pearls are included too! They're fresh, very basic pearls (not much flavour that you would expect from top tier bbt places) Excellent deal for $3.50, tax included. Would try other slushes too next time.

龜苓膏 Gui ling gao is $5.00 and appears to be house made. Also tasty!

Thinking about getting the rose green tea to-go as I slurp my watermelon slush. It's another recommended by a different reviewer. Would definitelu come back if I lived around here.“

“The popcorn chicken on rice is simply fantastic! The chicken pieces were tender and still moist despite being deep-fried. It has the perfect crunchiness to it as well. The Hokkaido milk tea with grass jelly also tasted fabulous! I will highly recommend Ten Ren to anyone I know!“

They serve delicious homemade Chinese food (fast food ）with generously sized portions of hot and fresh ingredients.The prices are excellent with friendly and superb service. The merchants are very considerate and serve hot and cold drinks separately. I also bought pink peach lemon tea and grape pops. I've tasted them, and they all taste good. The flavor is a bit strong and there are a lot of ingredients. I recommend three-quarter sugar. The half-sugar I chose was too sweet.“

“Hereby declaring that this yogost location is most superior. I've been to all the others and this one gets the sweetness and consistency of yogurt the best. The flavour is *chef's kiss and once you've had it a couple times, you are sure to be addicted. I love getting the Rice Yogurt drink, 50/50 ice and sugar levels, if anyone needs a recommendation.

“I have never made a review before today, but earlier in the morning my father came in looking to buy his grandson a drink and he wasn’t familiar with any of this as this was his first time and english isn’t his first language and he told me that a worker named kevin i believe so was explaining everything to him and taking his time making him understand what’s popular and what’s the basics of bubble tea, while going slow enough for my father to understand. “I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. There’s always so many customers there but they manage to make the drinks so fast. One time I came to the store and seen a lot of people so I ordered from the app. I placed my order for 4 drinks and walked over to GameStop which is very close to chatime. I did not even make it into the GameStop store and I got an alert that my drinks were ready. I thought it was a system glitch but decided to head back to chatime to check it out. I came inside and gave them my name and showed my confirmation email. My drinks were ready! I was quite impressed. Staff is always friendly here. They have a great team. The girls move fast. I used to go to Castlemore location and they take 20-30 mins to complete an order. 95% of the time Castlemore made my milk tea smoothie wrong and forgot the grass jelly or pearls. Downtown Markham takes a long time to make drinks too and the parking situation there is a no go. Markville Chatime is my go to location. I love how they are right by the entrance. I do not have walk a marathon through the mall just to get a drink. My only problem is I go here too much. I think I may have an addiction to bubble tea :)“

“Ordered my usual winter drink the hot Deerioca Fever fresh milk, with brown sugar Boba and syrup that hits the spot this cold -5 to -10C day. My wife tried their limited edition Deerioca Ube series, Puff which is excellent, too. Though cold only. The Alley is normally one of the best decorated bubble tea places all over TO coz of their putting an artificial tree, and other cool interior decor in every branch.
