“We like Coco in general and their cold drink are not bad. I rarely order hot drink but Today's experiences was not 5he best:
1) Long wait: Only 1 staff when I visited, basically a long wait (I was the first customer), and had to wait till she took all orders for two more customers to start making my drink. It's not her fault, it is the management issues.
2) Product availability: At noon on Sunday, you can't order caramel flavour because it is not available. This is a pretty common flavour in bubble tea business.
3) Product Quality: Ordered hot drink, Jasmine green milk tea (large in size), does not taste like a milk tea at all, they diluted with water to the level you don't think you are drinking a tea beverage. It's not hot drink, it is a drink with warm feeling. Today's is -7 feel like -13. The drink is not considered a hot drink at all.
4) Others: When you ask for a sleeves for the cup, I was told they ran out of sleeve for cup.
Hopefully they can work on these improvement.“

It doesn’t taste sickeningly sweet and it isn’t overly bitter either, sorta tastes smooth (if that makes sense lol). The light bulb bottle only comes in a regular size, but I was a bit surprised on how it turned out because I thought it would be tiny. If aesthetics are important to you, I definitely recommend getting something here! Drinks look very pretty, but still taste good. “Today, I went with my family to visit a restaurant close by but was told to come back in half an hour for our reservation. We decided to walk to the Yonge and Sheppard Centre. While we were on the way, my mom unfortunately tripped on the sidewalk just a few metres close to the entrance. She was crying and in panic after hitting her knees especially due to her fibromyalgia. We helped her to sit the stairs by the entrance of the centre, and I decided to find a place where I can get ice and water for her. unfortunately Tim Hortons had such a long line up, and a gentleman also asked for some food.

I saw Real Fruit was just by, and the lady there was so extremely kind to give me a bag of ice and water and even asked if my mom was ok. I Also paid for a mango slush for the gentleman.

My mom was able to use the ice over both her knees at the restaurant and for the whole day, and she said it helped so so much and lessened the pain and redness!

Food and drink are above average for a board game cafe and they have a decent collection of board games. Harder to find seating for very large parties (8+). Recommend getting the mango and lychee pitchers to share.“
