A nice little bubble tea spot with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
The bubble tea itself was good—nothing particularly unique, but well made and enjoyable. They also offer a small selection of Asian pastries, which is a nice addition if you’re looking for a quick snack with your drink.

Love this place!! Delicious buns. Great value. Always super friendly staff. Kin Kin is an automatic stop any time I’m in the area!
