Sounds like a fantastic atmosphere at the Tim Hortons! The energetic and cheerful young staff create a welcoming vibe that adds a positive touch to the whole experience. Great to hear they're spreading good vibes even during long shifts!
I am so surprised the way this location is managed, any proper trainings provided even ? Minimum customer acknowledgment ? sitting there to have some relaxing time , the staff constantly speak hindi very loudly and I am not sure if they are fighting or if it’s the tone! ( nothing wrong with that language,though).Tonight one of the staff with no hesitation and loudly told her colleague to SHUT UP !!!!! Come on guys, seriously?

service is extremely slow, no customer interaction. Many ordered drinks placed on counter at same time, no directions on who's where who's. order taker was also the drink maker/server. One of the worst/dirtiest I've been in.
