Chatime Express is a bubble tea establishment that offers a range of desserts, including New York cheesecake and chocolate swiss roll. The interior is described as nice, and the restaurant has outdoor seating as well. While the service can be inconsistent, the restaurant provides ample seating, which is a rarity for many bubble tea places in the area.
