The staff are helpful and make great recommendations. I had several requests and questions about different types of tea, and the lady who served us was incredibly accommodating and found exactly what we needed with a smile. This is how service should be. It's also a nice place to sit in if it's not crowded during the week!“

“On July 5th, after finished a dinner, come in around 8:30 for 2 for $9.99 promotion. The store was full of customers on a Friday night but there was only one staff working. Despite this she was very friendly and tried her best to get the food out quickly. Finally, I bought a lychee iced tea and grass jelly black milk tea. I had to wait for about 10 minutes for the drink but it was very good. I strongly recommend the Lychee Iced Tea in summer, it is very cooling.“

The staff were super friendly. The cleanliness of the restaurant was top-tier and the environment was wonderful.

I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls and my friend ordered the oolong tea. We both enjoyed our beverages! My bubble tea was the perfect amount of sweetness for me.

Pricing compared to other places on-campus is quite similar. But I would much prefer to support this one because of their customer service. Thank you! I can’t wait to come back“

“We got the matcha light bulb milk tea and the fresh watermelon tea with mousse. The matcha milk tea is probably the best matcha flavour you can get for a boba shop. It doesn’t taste sickeningly sweet and it isn’t overly bitter either, sorta tastes smooth (if that makes sense lol). The light bulb bottle only comes in a regular size, but I was a bit surprised on how it turned out because I thought it would be tiny. If aesthetics are important to you, I definitely recommend getting something here! Drinks look very pretty, but still taste good. Menu is big, so I can’t wait to return and try a different drink next time.“

One of the things I appreciate most about this location is its setting within a plaza, which offers the opportunity to explore a variety of other food places nearby. This makes it easy to pick up a drink and then browse other options if you're in the mood for a snack or meal. The combination of a convenient location and a reliable drink selection makes CoCo a solid choice.

While the service was efficient, it lacked the personal touch that can elevate an experience from good to great. However, considering the nature of a quick-service tea shop, it meets expectations. Overall, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a dependable option for a quality drink on the go, and I’ll continue to make it a regular stop during my visits to the plaza.

“a month ago I can't find enough words for how amazing this place is! From the beginning placing the order online to when we finished eating, was absolutely stellar. I ordered the King Crab boil with extras and initially the order was cancelled but they called me IMMEDIATELY to advise they had only one king crab left but would substitute it with snow crabs. Utterly friendly and courteous is an understatement! Best customer service. We got the food delivered in less time than anticipated, and the packaging was insanely proper. No spillage, good containers! The restaurant called me almost immediately after the food was delivered to find out if everything was good! My heart melted and I couldn't thank them enough for making this dinner so special The taste of the food OMG no no words in the English language can deserve it! Juicy, flavourful, succulent, fresh, homemade seasoned! Delicious from the moment I smelled it to the last morsel that was eaten Will be ordering from there again without a shadow of a doubt. Excellent taste, extra creamy with the ice cream addition, and the coconut jelly added extra texture. Price is good given the additions I made. Food and drink are above average for a board game cafe and they have a decent collection of board games. Harder to find seating for very large parties (8+). Recommend getting the mango and lychee pitchers to share.“
