“My sister, dad & I got rolled ice cream and a snow cone from here. It was delicious. The worker let my little sister roll the ice cream herself. It was a great experience. It was also a very neat and clean store. I would certainly come again to try some of their drink options!“

“Came here for a mango smoothie with mango Popping boba pearls and didn't bring enough money for the pearls, so I settled for a mango smoothie instead. This angel of a lady a the front desk Secretly put boba pearls in my drink even though I only paid for the smoothie. Not sure what her name was, but I was in there at 3:55 on August 3rd, that lady single handedly bumped my rating to the farthest point imaginable.

Regarding the drink itself, it was amazing, and everything was on point. Gong cha never fails to disappoint, and I love it ! Definitely coming back again😻“

“I got the honeydew smoothie, lychee green tea, and an original waffle, and everything was so refreshing! They also have board games to play, which is a nice touch if you want to spend some time hanging out with friends. “Been coming since they’ve opened. Love the very grape lime drink, had it about 100 times. Decided to try matcha ember today, I think I found my new go to drink, it’s very yummy! However I dislike their lids, since I’ve been coming since opening, I’ve seen so many variations of their lids. Some are good and some are not. I do not like the matcha ember lid as the boba straw doesn’t not fit well into it and I spilled some of my drink trying to poke it through. 10/10 for being a teochew business“

“Chatime is amazing as always, and the quality of their drinks never disappoints! I tried the mango smoothie, which was absolutely delicious, and I also got a chance to try the new Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Latte. That drink was seriously fire — such a unique combination of flavours and definitely something I would recommend trying if you enjoy mango and coconut.

But what really stood out during my visit was the incredible customer service from Sameer. This guy was genuinely one of the most hospitable and welcoming employees I’ve come across. From the moment I interacted with him, he was friendly, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer. Sameer went above and beyond to make sure everything was prepared properly and that my order was up to the quality standards I expected.

You can really tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Sameer definitely does. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even better. Employees like him are a huge reason customers want to come back.

Pearl waffles are addictive.
Prices aren’t the best ( A little expensive for what it is ).
Friendly staff, clean place and easily accessible.
They also have rewards points, so don’t forget to give them your phone # before you pay ( because they won’t ask for it lol ).“

“I'm not sure about the Ridgeway Plaza location, but the Erin Mills one offers RED BEAN topping! Praise the Lord! I thought that topping was gone for good from this chain. How can I order a matcha a drink without red bean? That would be atrocious.“

“This food was fresher than the place I normally go to with alot more of an assortment of type of food. The interior is fresh and upscale and as an added bonus is 2 mins away from where I live (This could be dangerous 😉) Note: A drink (Tea) is not included in the price @ $4.00 which is a bit steep (Pardon the tea pun) and would have been good to know this in advance. Other then that I would highly recommend this restaurant. *Do not eat anything prior to going here as the variety is so much it would be hard to taste everything in one sitting! ❤️“

“Okay, the reviews were dead on. Their drinks and portions are humongous!!!

They are located inside Westdale Mall adjacent to the Dollar store ( just across the way ).

I weighed my pineapple fruit smoothie ( large =$9.79 ) and it comes in at a whopping 897g which is 1.977 lbs !!!

My large lemon fruit tea large is almost as heavy in volume coming in at over a pound as well.

You get value here folks 👍.

The drinks are tasty 😋 and fresh. The service is helpful and humble. This is another hardworking local business. They deserve our support 👍as always whenever possible.

I will be back to try their slushies and bubble tea 🧋 later on.

“This is a wonderful place. The decor is inviting, the staff is welcoming, and the food and tea are delicious. I recently went there for the first time with the Brampton Board of Gamers, but for sure I'll be going back lots of times from now on.“

At just before 8pm it was fairly quiet but staff was on the phone so took a while before she came to take my order.

“Nice Fruitonann fruit juice shop located inside Square One Mall Mississauga. Staff are good and cooperative. Store was maintained neatly and organized well. Service was quicker. Smoothies, Shakes were yummy. Prices are moderate. They have a lucky draw going on now till Jan 5th 2025 to win iPhone 16 Pro or AirPods by having atleast 5 drinks here and fill lucky draw coupons.“

Employees are good, happy nature, they have same music going always, it feels they use fresh ingredients and make real tea. Location is good near the mall door, one can take when entering or leaving

“I ordered a mango smoothie that turned out reaaally sweet. My husband mentioned it to the employee and said we were happy to pay for another one.

Justin immediately had a fresh smoothie made and even asked us to taste the sweetness before adding the milk to make sure it was right.

“Good drinks, but poor customer service. We are regular customers, yet the staff rarely greets us or makes us feel welcome. It often seems like they treat customers from their own nationality much more politely than others. We hope they learn to treat every customer with the same respect 😊“

“Cocos is my favourite bubble tea brand in my opinion I love their pearl milk tea, I was a high school student always going here with my friends but for sure il say one thing and during the lunch hours for Xavier secondary school, as a student myself who was studying in that school and I was a bubble tea worker as well, but not for cocos I understand that it’s stressful seeing teenagers being loud and long lines that can be overwhelming, I was mostly one of them, I haven’t had any complaints from my side but i knew they were having a rough time and not the most nicest workers that they can be but I understand that very well, this store is a blessing for the Xavier students who loves bubble tea since this is the only location that’s close with the 40 min lunch break that they get, please keep up the work and sad to say is to get use to the students 😂“

“Really great bubble tea place! I read the reviews beforehand luckily so I knew where to find it, it's inside of the restaurant and the signage outside isn't obvious.

I really wanted a creamy, thick bubble tea and this was perfect. The size and quality is worth it completely for what you get, personally I have trouble finding places that are consistently not watered down and not overly sweet. I got extra cheese foam on the mango specialty drink, it was delicious. The mango taste came through and the foam blended well. The lady at the counter was also really nice and patient while I decided what to order.“

“Haven't been at this location in a long time but since my last visit compared to my most recent visit, I've noticed that the drinks are not as good as they used to be. Location is pretty much all self-service order (they have a couple of machines to order so it's pretty quick and efficient, but not all machines were working on my last visit). Wait time for order was not long. Overall a good experience. They have 2 real fruit locations in SQ1 now, one being at the food court, which had NO lineup. If I had known, I would've gone to that one instead of this one inside the mall, near Dollarama.“

“I come to this location because they often have great deals. I usually get the grapefruit green tea; it’s sooo refreshing and the pearls are chewy, soft and tasty. A shoutout to Kevin and Justin for the friendly and quick service!“
