Lisa’s colouring and cutting skills are first class and both made me feel very welcome, had lots of good chat and as I was travelling they went over and above to ensure my hair was ready in time. “Wasn’t going to come in but my plane was delayed. Glad I did. Clean, well staffed, a smaller selection than the maple lounges but they did have a few hot breakfast options. But the best part is the great selection of grab and go options to take with you. Even provide little bags and disposable cutlery. Now just figure out how to get your flights off on time. 🤔“

I highly recommend their iced options - they are just what you would crave for a nice, iced coffee on a hot summer day. Ample seating as well with a great environment for chats and studying. I personally found the chairs to be a little uncomfortable after an hour of seating but overall great cafe with lots of meal/bakery/drink options!“

“Such a classic community spot (or more so, a keystone) in Mississauga with great coffee and tea options and quick eats including sandwiches, wraps and bakery goods. Me and my friend got a pesto sandwich, chamomile tea and a latte. The staff was also very friendly and inviting. Ample seating options from stools, group tables, one-on-one tables and some couches. Gives you a really nice view of the city while also providing cozy space for studying, hangouts, and just some nice coffee. It can get quite crowded in the noon/evening so come early if you want to get a good spot!“

“Nice coffee shop beside a great pizza place. Owners seem very friendly. There is plenty of parking and a large patio. Perfect for the summer. The mechanic across the street is also fantastic and referred me over here while he worked on my car so great spot if you need work done on a car and take a break.“

“So, a coworker and I decided to check out this new venue. It's very clean and has a great vibe to it. It's decorated very nicely too. I ordered a smoothie, I think it was called Ghandi (it's green and has lemon and ginger in it). Regardless it was very yummy. I'd recommend it. The staff was very friendly. We even purchased these great canvas bags too. Perfect for everyday use as well as shopping. Go check them out. Forgot to complete post from March 2020. Damn pandemic.“

“I approached the bakery about doing a large order of butter tarts for my dad's celebration of life. They were his favorites and it was our plan to serve his favorite foods. The butter tarts were a hit. My original order was for 4 dozen and I could have very easily ordered 4 dozen more. People were raving about the tarts. Even the next day, we were getting messages telling how good the tarts were A huge shout out to Kate's for helping us honor my dad. Highly recommend....great food and awesome customer service 👌🏻“

“Studio 89 has always been a place of comfort for me. I do miss the old location but the energy and passion has only amplified at this location. This place continues to inspire and remind me of the importance of kindness, humanity and consistent strive for community change. On my most recent visit, I attended a coffee watercolour paint day, where the café repurposed used coffee grinds. This innovative practice caught my attention, as well as placing it near international dog day (also my dogs birthday) allowed me to bring my dog and my parents to participate in accessible outdoor fun for all of us and creating some art to celebrate a fun day. This was just one example of the many ways 89 continues to inspire me and the community at large.“

“The samosas are excellent when you can get them.This is very unfortunate. Driven to the store and found it closed on several occasions during operating hours. Called the store prior to going and no one answers the phone or it goes to a voice mail that is full. A bad way to run a business for sure, but I must state again that the samosas are excellent.“

“First time trying Panera Bread, and it quickly became one of my new favourite places to grab a sandwich. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff provided great service throughout our visit.
I had the Bacon Turkey Bravo with a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was delicious. Our food came out quickly, within roughly five minutes, and since we do not have one of these locations back home, using the buzzer system was a new experience for us.
Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quick, and comfortable spot to eat.“
