“We came across this cute cafe on a walk around Port Credit and had a lovely experience and chat with the owner Shifa (I hope I got that right!). The chocolates are simply out of this world, you can taste the difference and quality and there are so many box sizes to choose from which is really great for gifting. The cake slices looked generous and delcious. The owner was kind enough to give us a taste of some gelato-- we'll be looking forward to visiting this summer for that! Our Americano and tea latte were perfect and the cute latte art panda was a sweet surprise! Highly recommend making this a regular stop during your visit to Port Credit!“

“Hello, I’ve noticed over the past couple of weeks that, on certain days, the cappuccino doesn’t taste quite the same and the texture is also a little different, especially when the new girl is working.

Please make sure she receives some additional training on how to prepare cappuccinos. She is very friendly, polite, and provides great customer service, which I really appreciate. I just think she could use a little more practice and guidance when it comes to making cappuccinos so they have the same taste and texture every time.

Lisa’s colouring and cutting skills are first class and both made me feel very welcome, had lots of good chat and as I was travelling they went over and above to ensure my hair was ready in time. “So glad they're open daily from 5AM. Came here before my early morning flight and was able to grab an absolutely delicious hot croissant sandwich with a cappuccino and some cold dishes. This place is great and spacious, however when I was there it did get super busy from 6AM onward so there might be a queue for the coffee machine.“

“So, a coworker and I decided to check out this new venue. It's very clean and has a great vibe to it. It's decorated very nicely too. I ordered a smoothie, I think it was called Ghandi (it's green and has lemon and ginger in it). Regardless it was very yummy. I'd recommend it. The staff was very friendly. “Stopped in Maranello Cafe a few days ago on a quick layover between meetings and it hit the spot right away. The espresso was solid but the real standout was their pistachio croissant, still warm and clearly not from a frozen batch. Staff behind the counter moved fast without ever seeming rushed, even during the mid morning rush around 10am. Small patio out front too, good for people watching if the weather cooperates, and I'll definitely swing by again next time I'm passing through Mississauga.“

“I approached the bakery about doing a large order of butter tarts for my dad's celebration of life. They were his favorites and it was our plan to serve his favorite foods. The butter tarts were a hit. My original order was for 4 dozen and I could have very easily ordered 4 dozen more. People were raving about the tarts. Even the next day, we were getting messages telling how good the tarts were A huge shout out to Kate's for helping us honor my dad. Highly recommend....great food and awesome customer service 👌🏻“

“Nice coffee shop beside a great pizza place. Owners seem very friendly. There is plenty of parking and a large patio. Perfect for the summer. The mechanic across the street is also fantastic and referred me over here while he worked on my car so great spot if you need work done on a car and take a break.“

“Stopped by here Saturday morning with a couple friends and the flat white was easily one of the best I've had in Mississauga. The seating by the window gets great natural light, so it's a nice spot to sit and catch up for a couple hours without feeling rushed. Staff were friendly and remembered our order when we came back to ask about the pastry case. Parking behind the plaza was easy too, which made the whole visit low stress.“

“I come to Cafe Prego at Starsky all the time, whether it’s to grab food for my husband and son or just stop in for a coffee. The food is always fresh, homemade and genuinely good, breakfast or lunch! Everything feels warm and welcoming and the little seasonal touches make it even nicer. Called the store prior to going and no one answers the phone or it goes to a voice mail that is full. A bad way to run a business for sure, but I must state again that the samosas are excellent.“

“I have been a regular customer for 2 years now. Absolutely love their cream of tomato soup. I would highly recommend trying that, it's the best you would get anywhere else. Also their Mac n Cheese is delicious and a must try. It has a creamy velvety texture. The staff is very friendly and will help you customize your order.
