Not clean
I experienced during a recent visit. Although there seemed to be plenty of staff on duty, service was very slow. In addition, tables were not cleared promptly and empty/used utensils were often left on tables and merely wiped with a wet cloth rather than being replaced or properly cleaned. That felt unhygienic and made the experience unpleasant.
