“Visited Mik cafe for the first time as we were in the area and I’m so glad we stopped by! We tried an Iced Strawberry Matcha and Iced Mocha and both drinks were high quality and delicious 😋 Also, very nice and attentive staff who care about the customers and can accommodate requests. Thanks for making this such a positive experience and I can’t wait to come back and try more drinks 😊“

“Great local coffee shop with environmentally responsible products. Good vibes! Only suggestion is to reconsider charging customers 60+ cents extra if ask for less ice in their iced lattes. No mention was made of this when I ordered. I spotted it on the bill and was shocked given the regular price I was already paying and that I wasn’t wanting a glass full of ice with an extra small latte that is the trend nowadays.“

“My husband and I stopped in at Au Pain Doré a few days ago after a morning of wandering around downtown Toronto, and we were so glad we did. The almond croissant I had was absolutely flaky and buttery, exactly the kind of thing you hope for but rarely find. The staff were warm and patient with us while we took our time deciding, which we really appreciated. We will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever we visit the city again.“

“The Best Ham Sandwich. Recently I had to drive down to Montreal to help a family member. I didn't want to stop along the way so I stopped at Ma Maison to stock up on food for the road. I bought a ham sandwich and some wonderful pastries. I think it may have been the best ham sandwich I ever had. The bread was both crispy and soft. The ham, that perfect mix of salty and sweet, the lettuce and tomato and mustard just made it amazing. When I trained as a chef, the chef who trained me said "Do the simple things with care and attention, this will let people know the quality of your work." Solid homestyle made food. I have tried their grilled cheese, tuna salad, and cardamom teas all so very good and tasty. The indian style spicy egg roll is also good, might be an acquired taste for some as they are like a dosa or like a burrito style soft roti. Great prices worth an order or try.“

“It’s a dive bar and a great place to have a couple of drinks . $5 beers: don’t expect to eat here. Great patio and chill, relaxed environment. Local bar and definitely has a charm. I stop by whenever in the neighborhood. Friendly people once they realize you’re not a cop. Be respectful and you won’t have a problem. Mr. Lee is amazing.“

“Been a minute since I'd last had a good donut. Although the place looks unassuming, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this spot hands down has got some of the best donuts in the game! Haven't tried the food ,but would 100% recommend this place for a cup of coffee and a good donut. My only comment is they need to update their price list to reflect actual prices.“

“Came here for lunch with my family. The food was really good and the owners made us feel like we were family even going out of their way to give our young kids snacks. I didn’t get to try it but their chicken tikka looked and smelled really good. Masala chai was good as well. Highly recommend!“
