The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make every customer feel valued. I'm shocked to read any negative reviews about Balzac's Kleinburg, the coffee is amazing, the girls are like family and as I mentioned above, they create such a comfortable community feel.

“Amazing Italian food north of the GTA. Food was delicious and rich in flavour, including my Ossobuco with risotto, and my wife's cacio e pepe pasta. The veal was so tender and fall off the bone goodness. My smoked Old Fashion was just as smooth with an after taste of a good cigar. Our experienced server, Roberto(?), made the evening the most enjoyable ever. He was engaging, fun, personable, and made us felt welcome and helped us with our food and wine selection as well, as this was our first time here. But it certainly won't be our last. One of the best dinning and date night experiences!“

“The momos here are honestly some of the best I’ve had. They’re soft, well-stuffed, and full of flavor. The tandoori momos were the highlight—crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfectly spiced. The chutneys were great too, especially the red one with just the right amount of heat.
The place is clean, the service is quick, and the staff are friendly. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone craving good, fresh momos. I’d definitely visit again.“

“Loved their tomato/red pepper soup. I was heavily sick and all it took was their soup to get better. I'm vegetarian and it's hard to find vegetarian soup anywhere, but their soup was so well made. I took a look at their menu and they have other vegetarian options too. I would definitely recommend not just for the soup but also their other food options.“

The Mangonada was refreshing, tangy, and had a bit of heat, while the tamarind candy straw added a chewy surprise between sips. The Halo Halo was topped with creamy ube ice cream, which melted nicely into the drink as you mixed it in. It was a little tricky to mix at first since it was filled to the brim, but the combination of textures, sweetness, and nuttiness was fantastic without ever feeling overwhelming.

I thought I ordered iced latte but actually I said chai latte (maybe I was so tired lol). The lady who received my order even double checked my order and I said that’s correct. After I got my drink I complained i got chai latte. She didn’t fight me back. She offered what I want and made it so fast. I forgot to ask her name but I really appreciate her sweet and kind heart.“
